Hello Readers. The following post is from a very longtime friend of mine who is looking at our health care crisis from a perspective that none of the morons in Washington are taking.

I am very concerned about the fact that we are quickly losing our freedoms and seem to me moving in the wrong direction in many areas of our social and economic life here in the states. One of my concerns is the broken health system and the incorrect direction we seem to be moving in an attempt to repair the problems. If our politicians were really attempting to correct a broken system why don’t they look back a few years when it was working?
I don’t claim to be the smartest person in the world or to know all the answers but I do observe and pay attention to life. I have a simple story about my family that will illustrate my point very well. I am 66 years old so I think I can say I have seen the evolution of the health care system in the United States in the last 60 years or so.
First let me say that as a child growing up I had a great family. We were poor but my parents could afford a doctor office visit and they could pay for a tonsillectomy. We could afford to go to dentists and hospitals, and the usual things that happen from having six children.
I got married in 1966 and we had our first child in August of 1967. Our total out of pocket cost for the hospital and doctor was around $375, and by the way my wife was in the hospital 3 days. We had group insurance at the time through my wife’s work. Some may say that was a lot of money for that time but I was young and only making about $600-$700 per month, so about half a month’s wages was the total cost, well within my ability to pay out of my pocket. At this point and time almost everyone paid for their own doctors office visits and lab tests . Also short time hospital stays were also paid for out of pocket, in other words they were in the free market system, they could not charge more than people could or would pay. At this time some of the unions and a few others had first time coverage by their insurance but by-in-large most people were in the market system.
It was about this time when many started to push for insurance with office visits, prescriptions and first time hospital stays included. In effect doctors, drug companies and hospitals were moved out of the free market system into a social system operated by insurance companies. Insurance companies are nothing more than large social groups to spread the cost of something among its members. Also about this time large and ridiculous law suits were instigated and judgments awarded against doctors. Doctors started to send patients out to labs and specialty places to protect themselves. Malpractice insurance rates became extremely expensive. Of course the people did not care because the insurance paid it all or so we thought.
So in effect we have been moving into a socialized medicine for over 40 years, the system is now broken and completely out of control. Moving from insurance to the government just removes it that much further out of the free market system. We need to move the other direction.
We need tort reform and we need to move first time coverage including doctors, drugs, and hospitals into the free market system. Insurance is being used as a maintenance program moving it out of the market system, therefore the free market system has little or no effect on medical prices. Insurance should be used for longtime and catastrophic expenses and not first or short time visits. Moving the health care system back into the free market would likely precipitate changes with major reforms and price adjustments. Are our politicians really after medical reform that works, or is it about control and power (I wish I was wrong here folks, but I do not think I am) it is certainly not about freedom and power to the people. Why don’t we try something that has worked in the past instead of an experiment?
Why do we always have to fix something that isn't broken thus creating something that is broken! People, you have heard it for yourselves...straight from the presidents mouth, he will not take his family off the glorious government benefits that he and all his political cronies receive and put them on the new proposed health care system. It's OK for you and me, but not OK for the politicians! I say politicians have to start living like ordinary citizens, not like the kings they think themselves to be!

Feds Target Yard Sales
Thinking of having a fall yard sale to clean out some of the clutter from your house? Be careful, or it could get you in trouble with the Feds, and cost you up to $15 million in fines.
NO, that was not a joke!! The Consumer Product Safety Commission has launched a new enforcement campaign, which it calls “Resale Round-up", ” targeting the resale of potentially harmful children’s toys and other consumer products. Potential violators, the CPSC warns, include “thrift stores, consignment stores, charities, and individuals holding yard sales and flea markets.” Even e-bay sales are at risk.
Are you kidding me???? What horses ass came up with this cleaver bit of rights destroying legislation?? I think it is high time for a good ol fashion stoning in the public square.
I cannot believe that these power hungry morons who the people elected and who work for the people are now turning on them like a pack of rabid wolves. Does it make any sense to target the millions of Americans who re-sell items from their own home each year? Listen to this: Do you have books to sell? OK, says CPSC, as as long as they aren’t printed after 1985 and have a metal spiral binding (which may contain lead paint). Old clothing? Not OK if it has rhinestones or vinyl plastic snaps. Not sure if a toy has lead in it? The CPSC has a booklet that happily explains that it “would make sense to test” for lead, suggesting: “You may want to hire a qualified, trained person in your area who can quickly screen all of your suspect products with a handheld device called an X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) machine.” Or, presumably, you can do it yourself if you have a spare XRF machine in your basement.
No word on how CPSC will be enforcing these rules. Will there be yard sale police going from cul-de-sac to cul-de-sac on weekends? Hotlines to report neighbors peddling black market Thomas the Tank Engine trains? I don't know about you, but I am sick to death of these jackasses who live in Washington and think that they were appointed as God when they got elected. Damn the politicians, full speed ahead!!

A young lady named Cathy sent me an email today that had the following statement at the end of her email....I had to grin and I will not elaborate further....she has said it all in just one sentence:

Obamunism
I think this is probably the best description of what is happening to this country!!The day after Americans commemorated the suicide bombings of their cities by the 911 terrorists, conservatives and various right forces staged a giant protest march on DC, some estimating turn out at well over two million people according to ABC network.
Here is a post I found in a Russian news site. The article was taken from Mat Rodina's website...I agree with most of it, but I feel contrary to the fact that the conservatives in this country have not what it takes to correct the issues at hand. I believe there is a firestorm coming and that Washington is going to feel the heat. Read on.....
While, for a nation, where conservatives have only recently figured out that they are allowed to protest, this is a great accomplishment, what in truth does this mean or change? As it stands, in an uncomfortable word: NOTHING...not just NOTHING but ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
The socialist president of America, Barack Obama, showed his absolute contempt for these people, by leaving town to make speeches, in the American Midwest, pushing his super control bill: promising to "Call out" his critics and living up to his moniker of "Obeyme". Equally missing were any of the rest of the Marxists from Washington...that is the Marxists from the Democratic wing of the American One Party system. The Marxists from the Republican wing were present, trying to subvert the movement and thus defuse it and doing a very good job of it. Much of the so called conservative leadership was missing and not to be seen. Who planned this?
The problem, of course, is, as I stated, dear reader, nothing has changed. Sure, a lot of right wing citizens may feel better, lots of anger was pushed out and released and there will be a large cleaning bill, but really, nothing has changed. Americans will get their Cap and Trade and they will get their medical rationing whether they want it or not and it will all be law, absolute law, by the time the next elections come and so entrenched that that will be that.
The problem is, these conservatives still do not understand what it really takes to make change or force change, shy of violence. What it takes is a constant, daily presence of hundreds of thousands sitting in front of the government and screaming every day: "NO!". Look how it is done in other capitals, where tent cities pop up and demonstrations go on for months.
A one day mega march is simply a thunder storm, whose boom is already fading from DC, where the masters of Americans lives, will on Monday, move on to business as usual, laughing at the foolish peoples, over bribe paid champagne.

Failure
The U.S. Post Service was established in 1775 - they've had 234 years to get it right; it is broke, and even though heavily subsidized, it can't compete with private sector FedEx and UPS services.
Social Security was established in 1935 - they've had 74 years to get it right; it is broke.
Fannie Mae was established in 1938 - they've had 71 years to get it right; it is broke.
Freddie Mac was established in 1970 - they've had 39 years to get it right; it is broke. Together Fannie and Freddie have now led the entire world into the worst economic collapse in 80 years.
The War on Poverty was started in 1964 - they've had 45 years to get it right; $1 trillion of our hard earned money is confiscated each year and transferred to "the poor"; it hasn't worked.
Medicare and Medicaid were established in 1965 - they've had 44 years to get it right; they are both broke; and now our government dares to mention them as models for all US health care.
AMTRAK was established in 1970 - they've had 39 years to get it right; last year they bailed it out as it continues to run at a loss!
This year, a trillion dollars was committed in the massive political payoff called the Stimulus Bill of 2009; it shows NO sign of working; it's been used to increase the size of governments across America , and raise government salaries while the rest of us suffer from economic hardships. It has yet to create a single new private sector job. Our national debt projections (approaching $10 trillion) have increased 400% in the last six months.
"Cash for Clunkers" was established in 2009 and went broke in 2009 - - after 80% of the cars purchased turned out to be produced by foreign companies, and dealers nationwide are buried under bureaucratic paperwork demanded by a government that is not yet paying them what was promised.
So with a perfect 100% failure rate and a record that proves that each and every "service" shoved down our throats by an over-reaching government turns into disaster, how could any informed American trust our government to run or even set policies for America's health care system - - 17% of our economy?
I think it has become a personal responsibility to let others in on this brilliant record before 2010, and then help remove from office those who are voting to destroy capitalism and destroy our grandchildren's future.

To Whoever Gets My Dog
This story is dedicated to all those who gave their lives to secure the freedoms that we all enjoy living here in America.
To Whoever Gets My Dog
They told me the big black Lab's name was Reggie
as I looked at him lying in his pen. the shelter
was clean, and the people really friendly.
I'd only been in the area for six months, but
everywhere I went in the small college town,
people were welcoming and open. Everyone
waves when you pass them on the street.
But something was still missing as I attempted
to settle in to my new life here, and I thought
a dog couldn't hurt. Give me someone to talk to.
I had just seen Reggie's advertisement on
the local news. The shelter said they had
received numerous calls right after, but they
said the people who had come down to see him
just didn't look like "Lab people," whatever that
meant. They must've thought I did.
But at first, I thought the shelter had misjudged
me in giving me Reggie and his things, which consisted
of a dog pad, bag of toys almost all of which were
brand new tennis balls, his dishes, and a sealed letter
from his previous owner. See, Reggie and I didn't
really hit it off when we got home. We struggled for
two weeks (which is how long the shelter told me to
give him to adjust to his new home). Maybe it was
the fact that I was trying to adjust, too. Maybe
we were too much alike.
For some reason, his stuff (except for the tennis balls -
he wouldn't go anywhere without two stuffed in his
mouth) got tossed in with all of my other unpacked
boxes. I guess I didn't really think he'd need all his
old stuff, that I'd get him new things once he settled
in. but it became pretty clear pretty soon that he
wasn't going to.
I tried the normal commands the shelter told me he
knew, ones like "sit" and "stay" and "come" and "heel,"
and he'd follow them - when he felt like it. He never
really seemed to listen when I called his name - sure,
he'd look in my direction after the fourth of fifth
time I said it, but then he'd just go back to doing
whatever. When I'd ask again, you could almost see
him sigh and then grudgingly obey.
This just wasn't going to work. He chewed a couple
shoes and some unpacked boxes. I was a little too
stern with him and he resented it, I could tell.
The friction got so bad that I couldn't wait for
the two weeks to be up, and when it was, I was in
full-on search mode for my cellphone amid all of
my unpacked stuff. I remembered leaving it on
the stack of boxes for the guest room, but I also
mumbled, rather cynically, that the "damn dog
probably hid it on me."
Finally I found it, but before I could punch up the
shelter's number, I also found his pad and other
toys from the shelter.. I tossed the pad in Reggie's
direction and he snuffed it and wagged, some of
the most enthusiasm I'd seen since bringing him home.
But then I called, "Hey, Reggie, you like that? Come
here and I'll give you a treat." Instead, he sort of
glanced in my direction - maybe "glared" is more
accurate - and then gave a discontented sigh and
flopped down. With his back to me.
Well, that's not going to do it either, I thought.
And I punched the shelter phone number.
But I hung up when I saw the sealed envelope.
I had completely forgotten about that, too.
"Okay, Reggie," I said out loud, "let's see if
your previous owner has any advice.".... .....
"To Whoever Gets My Dog:
Well, I can't say that I'm happy you're reading
this, a letter I told the shelter could only be
opened by Reggie's new owner.
I'm not even happy writing it. If you're reading
this, it means I just got back from my last car
ride with my Lab after dropping him off at the shelter.
He knew something was different. I have packed
up his pad and toys before and set them by the back
door before a trip, but this time... it's like he knew
something was wrong. And something is wrong...
which is why I have to go to try to make it right.
So let me tell you about my Lab in the hopes that it
will help you bond with him and he with you.
First, he loves tennis balls... the more the merrier.
Sometimes I think he's part squirrel, the way he
hordes them.
He usually always has two in his mouth, and he tries
to get a third in there. Hasn't done it yet.
Doesn't matter where you throw them, he'll
bound after it, so be careful - really don't do it
by any roads. I made that mistake once, and it
almost cost him dearly.
Next, commands. Maybe the shelter staff already
told you, but I'll go over them again: Reggie knows
the obvious ones - "sit," "stay," "come," "heel."
He knows hand signals:
"back" to turn around and go back when you put
your hand straight up; and "over" if you put your
hand out right or left. "Shake" for shaking water
off, and "paw" for a high-five. He does "down"
when he feels like lying down - I bet you could
work on that with him some more. He knows
"ball" and "food" and "bone" and "treat" like
nobody's business.
I trained Reggie with small food treats.
Nothing opens his ears like little pieces of hot dog.
Feeding schedule: twice a day, once about seven
in the morning, and again at six in the evening.
Regular store-bought stuff; the shelter has
the brand.
He's up on his shots.
Call the clinic on 9th Street and update his info
with yours; they'll make sure to send you reminders
for when he's due. Be forewarned: Reggie hates
the vet.
Good luck getting him in the car - I don't know
how he knows when it's time to go to the vet, but
he knows.
Finally, give him some time.
I've never been married, so it's only been
Reggie and me for his whole life. He's gone
everywhere with me, so please include him on
your daily car rides if you can. He sits well
in the backseat, and he doesn't bark or complain.
He just loves to be around people, and me most
especially.
Which means that this transition is going to be
hard, with him going to live with someone new.
And that's why I need to share one more bit of
info with you.... His name's not Reggie.
I don't know what made me do it, but when I
dropped him off at the shelter, I told them
his name was Reggie. He's a smart dog, he'll
get used to it and will respond to it, of that I
have no doubt. but I just couldn't bear to give
them his real name. For me to do that, it seemed
so final, that handing him over to the shelter
was as good as me admitting that I'd never
see him again. And if I end up coming back,
getting him, and tearing up this letter, it means
everything's fine. But if someone else is reading
it, well... well it means that his new owner
should know his real name. It'll help you bond
with him. Who knows, maybe you'll even notice
a change in his demeanor if he's been giving you
problems.
His real name is Tank. Because that is what I drive.
Again, if you're reading this and you're from the
area, maybe my name has been on the news. I told
the shelter that they couldn't make "Reggie"
available for adoption until they received word from
my company commander. See, my parents are gone,
I have no siblings, no one I could've left Tank with...
and it was my only real request of the Army upon
my deployment to Iraq, that they make one phone
call the shelter... in the "event"... to tell them that
Tank could be put up for adoption. Luckily, my colonel
is a dog guy, too, and he knew where my platoon
was headed. He said he'd do it personally. And if
you're reading this, then he made good on his word.
Well, this letter is getting to downright depressing,
even though, frankly, I'm just writing it for my dog.
I couldn't imagine if I was writing it for a wife and
kids and family. but still, Tank has been my family
for the last six years, almost as long as the Army
has been my family.
And now I hope and pray that you make him part
of your family and that he will adjust and come
to love you the same way he loved me.
That unconditional love from a dog is what I took
with me to Iraq as an inspiration to do something
selfless, to protect innocent people from those
who would do terrible things... and to keep those
terrible people from coming over here. If I had
to give up Tank in order to do it, I am glad to have
done so. He was my example of service and of love.
I hope I honored him by my service to my country
and comrades. All right, that's enough.
I deploy this evening and have to drop this letter
off at the shelter.
I don't think I'll say another good-bye to Tank,
though. I cried too much the first time. Maybe
I'll peek in on him and see if he finally got that
third tennis ball in his mouth.
Good luck with Tank.
Give him a good home, and give him an extra
kiss goodnight - every night - from me."

everyone in town knew him, even new people
like me. Local kid, killed in Iraq a few months
ago and posthumously earning the Silver Star
when he gave his life to save three buddies.
Flags had been at half-mast all summer.
I leaned forward in my chair and rested my
elbows on my knees, staring at the dog.
"Hey, Tank," I said quietly.
The dog's head whipped up, his ears cocked and
his eyes bright. "C'mere boy."
He was instantly on his feet, his nails clicking on
the hardwood floor. He sat in front of me, his
head tilted, searching for the name he hadn't heard
in months.
"Tank," I whispered. His tail swished.
I kept whispering his name, over and over, and
each time, his ears lowered, his eyes softened,
and his posture relaxed as a wave of contentment
just seemed to flood him. I stroked his ears,
rubbed his shoulders, buried my face into his scruff
and hugged him.
"It's me now, Tank, just you and me. Your old pal
gave you to me." Tank reached up and licked my
cheek. "So whatdaya say we play some ball His ears
perked again.
"Yeah Ball. You like that Ball "
Tank tore from my hands and disappeared in
the next room. And when he came back......
he had three tennis balls in his mouth.

Nothing opens his ears like little pieces of hot dog.

in the morning, and again at six in the evening.
Regular store-bought stuff; the shelter has
the brand.
He's up on his shots.
Call the clinic on 9th Street and update his info
with yours; they'll make sure to send you reminders
for when he's due. Be forewarned: Reggie hates
the vet.
Good luck getting him in the car - I don't know
how he knows when it's time to go to the vet, but
he knows.
Finally, give him some time.
I've never been married, so it's only been
Reggie and me for his whole life. He's gone
everywhere with me, so please include him on
your daily car rides if you can. He sits well
in the backseat, and he doesn't bark or complain.
He just loves to be around people, and me most
especially.
Which means that this transition is going to be
hard, with him going to live with someone new.
And that's why I need to share one more bit of
info with you.... His name's not Reggie.
I don't know what made me do it, but when I
dropped him off at the shelter, I told them
his name was Reggie. He's a smart dog, he'll
get used to it and will respond to it, of that I
have no doubt. but I just couldn't bear to give
them his real name. For me to do that, it seemed
so final, that handing him over to the shelter
was as good as me admitting that I'd never
see him again. And if I end up coming back,
getting him, and tearing up this letter, it means
everything's fine. But if someone else is reading
it, well... well it means that his new owner
should know his real name. It'll help you bond
with him. Who knows, maybe you'll even notice
a change in his demeanor if he's been giving you
problems.
His real name is Tank. Because that is what I drive.
Again, if you're reading this and you're from the
area, maybe my name has been on the news. I told
the shelter that they couldn't make "Reggie"
available for adoption until they received word from
my company commander. See, my parents are gone,
I have no siblings, no one I could've left Tank with...
and it was my only real request of the Army upon
my deployment to Iraq, that they make one phone
call the shelter... in the "event"... to tell them that
Tank could be put up for adoption. Luckily, my colonel
is a dog guy, too, and he knew where my platoon
was headed. He said he'd do it personally. And if
you're reading this, then he made good on his word.
Well, this letter is getting to downright depressing,
even though, frankly, I'm just writing it for my dog.
I couldn't imagine if I was writing it for a wife and
kids and family. but still, Tank has been my family
for the last six years, almost as long as the Army
has been my family.
And now I hope and pray that you make him part
of your family and that he will adjust and come
to love you the same way he loved me.
That unconditional love from a dog is what I took
with me to Iraq as an inspiration to do something
selfless, to protect innocent people from those
who would do terrible things... and to keep those
terrible people from coming over here. If I had
to give up Tank in order to do it, I am glad to have
done so. He was my example of service and of love.
I hope I honored him by my service to my country
and comrades. All right, that's enough.
I deploy this evening and have to drop this letter
off at the shelter.
I don't think I'll say another good-bye to Tank,
though. I cried too much the first time. Maybe
I'll peek in on him and see if he finally got that
third tennis ball in his mouth.
Good luck with Tank.
Give him a good home, and give him an extra
kiss goodnight - every night - from me."

I folded the letter and slipped it back in the
envelope. Sure I had heard of Paul Mallory,
everyone in town knew him, even new people
like me. Local kid, killed in Iraq a few months
ago and posthumously earning the Silver Star
when he gave his life to save three buddies.
Flags had been at half-mast all summer.
I leaned forward in my chair and rested my
elbows on my knees, staring at the dog.
"Hey, Tank," I said quietly.
The dog's head whipped up, his ears cocked and
his eyes bright. "C'mere boy."
He was instantly on his feet, his nails clicking on
the hardwood floor. He sat in front of me, his
head tilted, searching for the name he hadn't heard
in months.
"Tank," I whispered. His tail swished.
I kept whispering his name, over and over, and
each time, his ears lowered, his eyes softened,
and his posture relaxed as a wave of contentment
just seemed to flood him. I stroked his ears,
rubbed his shoulders, buried my face into his scruff
and hugged him.
"It's me now, Tank, just you and me. Your old pal
gave you to me." Tank reached up and licked my
cheek. "So whatdaya say we play some ball His ears
perked again.
"Yeah Ball. You like that Ball "
Tank tore from my hands and disappeared in
the next room. And when he came back......
he had three tennis balls in his mouth.
A Prophecy
James Madison emphasized the necessity to reserve all possible authority within the states and the people. The Constitution delegates to the federal government only that which involves the whole people as a nation.
He made the following statement:
"The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite. The former [federal powers] will be exercised principally on external objects, as war, peace, negotiation, and foreign commerce.... The powers reserved to the several States will extend to all the objects which, in the ordinary course of affairs, concern, the lives, liberties, and properties of the people, and the internal order, improvement and prosperity of the State."
In other words, the powers of the federal government were very limited, and they were limited for a very definite reason, to avoid a power grab by those who wanted to take over full and complete control.
Thomas Jefferson emphasized that if the oncoming generations perpetuated the Constitutional pattern, the federal government would be small and cohesive and would serve as an inexpensive operation because of the limited problems which it would be assigned. Again, small and cohesive, and inexpensive to maintain. Our federal spending debt is at how many trillion dollars right now? Around 12 trillion, and that is secured debt, they are not telling people about the unsecured debt which is an even higher figure! Far from small and cohesive, and certainly not inexpensive!
One of the greatest American historians was John Fiske. He wrote a prophecy in his day which all Americans today should ponder with profit:
"If the day should ever arrive (which God forbid) when the people of the different parts of our country shall allow their local affairs to be administered by perfects sent from Washington, and when the self-government of the states shall have been so far lost as that of the departments of France, or even so closely limited as that of the counties of England--on that day the political career of the American people will have been robbed of its most interesting and valuable features, and the usefulness of this nation will be lamentably impaired."
So, is there any doubt in your mind that the federal government is completely out of control and is in complete violation of the Constitution of the United States? I didn't think so!

The President Without A Country
This was written by Pat Boone in July of this year, it is verifiable and accurate. I think Mr. Boone did an excellent job in putting Obama on notice of his actions. Thank you Pat Boone, y0u have said it very well for the rest of us Christians here in America!!

Thinking about these and other statements made by the man who wears the title of president. I keep wondering what country he believes he's president of. In one of my very favorite stories, Edward Everett Hale's "The Man without a Country," a young Army lieutenant named Philip Nolan stands condemned for treason during the Revolutionary War, having come under the influence of Aaron Burr. When the judge asks him if he wishes to say anything before sentence is passed, young Nolan defiantly exclaims, "Damn the United States! I wish I might never hear of the United States again!" The stunned silence in the courtroom is palpable, pulsing. After a long pause, the judge soberly says to the angry lieutenant: "You have just pronounced your own sentence. You will never hear of the United States again. I sentence you to spend the rest of your life at sea, on one or another of this country's naval vessels - under strict orders that no one will ever speak to you again about the country you have just cursed." And so it was. Philip Nolan was taken away and spent the next 40 years at sea, never hearing anything but an occasional slip of the tongue about America. The last few pages of the story, recounting Nolan's dying hours in his small stateroom - now turned into a shrine to the country he fore swore - never fail to bring me to tears. And I find my own love for this dream, this miracle called America, refreshed and renewed. I know how blessed and unique we are. But reading and hearing the audacious, shocking statements of the man who was recently elected our president - a young black man living the impossible dream of millions of young Americans, past and present, black and white - I want to ask him, "Just what country do you think you're president of?" You surely can't be referring to the United States of America, can you? America is emphatically a Christian nation, and has been from its inception! Seventy percent of her citizens identify themselves as Christian. The Declaration of Independence and our Constitution were framed, written and ratified by Christians. It's because this was, and is, a nation built on and guided by Judeo-Christian biblical principles that you, sir, have had the inestimable privilege of being elected her president. You studied law at Harvard, didn't you, sir? You taught constitutional law in Chicago? Did you not ever read the statement of John Jay, the first Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and an author of the landmark "Federalist Papers": "Providence has given to our people the choice of their rulers - and it is the duty, as well as the privilege and interest of our Christian nation - to select and prefer Christians for their rulers"? In your studies, you surely must have read the decision of the Supreme Court in 1892: "Our lives and our institutions must necessarily be based upon and embody the teachings of the Redeemer of mankind. It is impossible that it should be otherwise; and in this sense and to this sextent our civilization and our institutions are emphatically Christian." Did your professors have you skip over all the high-court decisions right up till the mid 1900's that echoed and reinforced these views and intentions? Did you pick up the history of American jurisprudence only in 1947, when for the first time a phrase coined by Thomas Jefferson about a "wall of separation between church and state" was used to deny some specific religious expression - contrary to Jefferson' s intent with that statement? Or, wait a minute, were your ideas about America 's Christianity formed during the 20 years you were a member of the Trinity United Church of Christ under your pastor, Jeremiah Wright? Is that where you got the idea that " America is no longer a Christian nation"? Is this where you, even as you came to call yourself a Christian, formed the belief that "America has been arrogant"? Even if that's the understandable explanation of your damning of your country and accusing the whole nation (not just a few military officials trying their best to keep more Americans from being murdered by jihadists) of "not always living up to her ideals," how did you come up with the ridiculous, alarming notion that we might be "considered a Muslim nation"? Is it because there are some 2 million or more Muslims living here, trying to be good Americans? Out of a current population of over 300 million, 70 percent of whom are Christians? Does that make us, by any rational definition, a "Muslim nation"? Why are we not, then, a "Chinese nation"? A "Korean nation"? Even a "Vietnamese nation"? There are even more of these distinct groups in America than Muslims. And if the distinction you're trying to make is a religious one, why is America not "a Jewish nation"? There's actually a case to be made for the latter, because our Constitution - and the success of our Revolution and founding - owe a deep debt to our Jewish brothers. Have you stopped to think what an actual Muslim America would be like? Have you ever really spent much time in Iran? Even in Egypt? You, having been instructed in Islam as a kid at a Muslim school in Indonesia and saying you still love the call to evening prayers, can surely picture our nation founded on the Quran, not the Judeo-Christian Bible, and living under Shariah law. Can't you? You do recall Muhammad's directives [Surah 9:5,73] to "break the cross" and "kill the infidel"? It seems increasingly and painfully obvious that you are more influenced by your up bringing and questionable education than most suspected. If you consider yourself the president of a people who are "no longer Christian," who have "failed to live up to our ideals," who "have been arrogant," and might even be "considered Muslim" - you are president of a country most Americans don't recognize.

The United States Constitution - Adopted on September 17, 1787
The Constitution of the United States of America, it is the supreme law of the United States. It is the foundation and source of the legal authority underlying the existence of the United States of America and the Federal Government of the United States. It provides the framework for the organization of the United States Government and for the relationship of the Federal government to the States, to citizens, and to all people within the United States. Today we celebrate 222 years since it was created. God Bless America!!
ABC News & Obama's Health Care Speech
First, lets look at what George Stephanopoulos, ABC News had to say about about Obama's health care speech:
"I...think this might have been the most emotional speech I've ever seen President Obama give. He was right on the edge of anger, it seemed, at times, especially when he was rebutting some of the charges made about his plan. And I don't think I've ever seen him get caught up emotionally in the way he did in those final couple of paragraphs, where there was even a catch in his voice -- not even in his inaugural address in January. This is very close to President Obama's heart."
Ya think so George??? Obama is on the edge of anger all the time.....you can see the anger and the hatred in his eyes and on his face when he is not getting his way, kind of like another political figure from the past who was on the edge of anger and hatred all the time when he didn't get his way. Oh, by the way, I feel that you should know that your summation of Obama's speech was also very emotional.... as a matter of fact, I think I'm going to barf!
Now, Barack Obama got ABC to move their news division into the White House in order to make the big pitch for his egalitarian, everyone-gets-treated-equally ObamaCare push.
Instead, Obama fumbled into a Michael Dukakis moment that exposed him as a hypocrite. ABC itself leads with Obama’s response that he wouldn’t stay within his own plan for his family:
President Obama struggled to explain whether his health care reform proposals would force normal Americans to make sacrifices that wealthier, more powerful people — like the president himself — wouldn’t face.
The probing questions came from two skeptical neurologists during ABC News’ special on health care reform, “Questions for the President: Prescription for America,” which of course was anchored from the White House by Diane Sawyer and Charles Gibson.
Dr. Orrin Devinsky, a neurologist and researcher at the New York University Langone Medical Center, said that elites often propose health care solutions that limit options for the general public, secure in the knowledge that if they or their loves ones get sick, they will be able to afford the best care available, even if it’s not provided by insurance.
Devinsky asked the president pointedly if he would be willing to promise that he wouldn’t seek such extraordinary help for his wife or daughters if they became sick and the public plan he’s proposing limited the tests or treatment they can get.
The president refused to make such a pledge, though he allowed that if “it’s my family member, if it’s my wife, if it’s my children, if it’s my grandmother, I always want them to get the very best care." Hummmmm, no ObamaCare for his family......
Big foopah Mr. President! So it goes......ObamaCare for thee, but not for me?

Ted Kennedy's Soviet Gambit

Considering the late senator's complete record requires digging into the USSR's archives.
Picking his way through the Soviet archives that Boris Yeltsin had just thrown open, in 1991 Tim Sebastian, a reporter for the London Times, came across an arresting memorandum. Composed in 1983 by Victor Chebrikov, the top man at the KGB, the memorandum was addressed to Yuri Andropov, the top man in the entire USSR. The subject: Sen. Edward Kennedy.
"On 9-10 May of this year," the May 14 memorandum explained, "Sen. Edward Kennedy's close friend and trusted confidant [John] Tunney was in Moscow." (Tunney was Kennedy's law school roommate and a former Democratic senator from California.) "The senator charged Tunney to convey the following message, through confidential contacts, to the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, Y. Andropov."
Kennedy's message was simple. He proposed an unabashed quid pro quo. Kennedy would lend Andropov a hand in dealing with President Reagan. In return, the Soviet leader would lend the Democratic Party a hand in challenging Reagan in the 1984 presidential election. "The only real potential threats to Reagan are problems of war and peace and Soviet-American relations," the memorandum stated. "These issues, according to the senator, will without a doubt become the most important of the election campaign."
Kennedy made Andropov a couple of specific offers.
First he offered to visit Moscow. "The main purpose of the meeting, according to the senator, would be to arm Soviet officials with explanations regarding problems of nuclear disarmament so they may be better prepared and more convincing during appearances in the USA." Kennedy would help the Soviets deal with Reagan by telling them how to brush up their propaganda.
Then he offered to make it possible for Andropov to sit down for a few interviews on American television. "A direct appeal ... to the American people will, without a doubt, attract a great deal of attention and interest in the country. ... If the proposal is recognized as worthy, then Kennedy and his friends will bring about suitable steps to have representatives of the largest television companies in the USA contact Y.V. Andropov for an invitation to Moscow for the interviews. ... The senator underlined the importance that this initiative should be seen as coming from the American side."
Kennedy would make certain the networks gave Andropov air time--and that they rigged the arrangement to look like honest journalism.
Kennedy's motives? "Like other rational people," the memorandum explained, "[Kennedy] is very troubled by the current state of Soviet-American relations." But that high-minded concern represented only one of Kennedy's motives.
"Tunney remarked that the senator wants to run for president in 1988," the memorandum continued. "Kennedy does not discount that during the 1984 campaign, the Democratic Party may officially turn to him to lead the fight against the Republicans and elect their candidate president."
Kennedy proved eager to deal with Andropov--the leader of the Soviet Union, a former director of the KGB and a principal mover in both the crushing of the 1956 Hungarian Revolution and the suppression of the 1968 Prague Spring--at least in part to advance his own political prospects.
In 1992, Tim Sebastian published a story about the memorandum in the London Times. Here in the U.S., Sebastian's story received no attention. In his 2006 book, The Crusader: Ronald Reagan and the Fall of Communism, historian Paul Kengor reprinted the memorandum in full. "The media," Kengor says, "ignored the revelation."

Two black players were pouring champagne over Sanders's head. The Atlanta Constitution noted, 'In the context of the sports pages, it was a routine shot ... But in the context of this political campaign it was a dangerous smear that injected both race, alcohol, and high living into the campaign.' Carter's senior campaign aides Bill Pope, Hamilton Jordan, and Jerry Rafshoon were behind the mailing; Pope was even spotted passing out the flyers at a Ku Klux Klan rally ... The Carter campaign also produced a leaflet noting that Sanders had paid tribute to Martin Luther King, Jr. "... Carter also implied that he met privately with the head of the States Rights Council, a white supremacist group, and campaigned in all-white private schools that were known as 'segregation academies,' where he promised that he would do 'everything' to support their existence. Then again, from a man widely summed up as having "never met a dictator he didn't like," hatred of Israel can be taken as a ringing endorsement of the Jewish State.
Carter has quoted Martin Luther King, but Dr. King would tell him what he told a student at Harvard who criticized Zionism: "When people criticize Zionists, they mean Jews. You're talking anti-Semitism."
The world continues to suffer from Carter's handiwork as president and beyond while he continues to sermonize at Sunday school and build habitats. There was a movement for an official congressional censure of Carter for his lifetime of achievement against American values and international security, hosted by a group called Move America Forward. In response to its petition drive for a censure, the organization received a wave of death threats and hate mail defending Carter with emails such as "Are you motherf — — — nuts, crazy, or some Jewish group?"

From 46 to 47 Million People Without Health Insurance to 30 Million??
Well, all I gotta say is way to go Joe Wilson...you called it as it is. The comment "You Lie" was pretty accurate as far as I can see and I have to say, it must have really ticked you off to suddenly shout that out at Obama.....I say it was a good call!!
So, does everyone remember all the statements that have been made from Democrats, including Barack Obama himself, that 47 million Americans are without health insurance? Well, that's no longer the operative number.
On September 9, in his speech, the president introduced a new number in the health care debate. "There are now more than thirty million American citizens who cannot get coverage," the president said. But on August 10, at a town hall meeting, Obama referred to the "46, 47 million people without health insurance in our country…" And on July 23, he said, "This is not just about the 47 million Americans who don't have any health insurance at all…" What's the difference? Obama appears to be choosing his words carefully. There is a difference between Americans who "cannot get coverage" and Americans who "don't have any health insurance at all." The interesting question is why Obama has chosen to downgrade the number from 47 million to 30 million. Is it the estimated 12 to 17 million illegal immigrants who are flooding the health care system presently??? I say, look for Democrats to begin using the new figure in making the case for Obamacare....I say Joe Wilson was right!!!

New House Guidelines for Presidential Put-Downs
House Rules Committee Chairwoman Louise Slaughter (D-NY) has released a helpful, updated primer for members regarding their conduct on the floor and in committees.
Especially useful: The section on how to properly insult the executive branch in the in the chamber.
"Disgrace" and "nitwits" -- okay.
"Liar" or "sexual misconduct" -- ixnay.
Under section 370 of the House Rules and Manual it has been held that a Member could:
• refer to the government as “something hated, something oppressive.”
• refer to the President as “using legislative or judicial pork.”
• refer to a Presidential message as a “disgrace to the country.”
• refer to unnamed officials as “our half-baked nitwits handling foreign affairs.”
Likewise, it has been held that a member could not:
• call the President a “liar.”
• call the President a “hypocrite.”
• describe the President’s veto of a bill as “cowardly.”
• charge that the President has been “intellectually dishonest.”
• refer to the President as “giving aid and comfort to the enemy.”
• refer to alleged “sexual misconduct on the President’s part.”
So, the lying, dishonest, cowardly, hypocrite who is giving aid and comfort to the enemy is doing his very best to now take away our first amendment rights...freedom of speech!
Obama's Calls Kanye West a "Jackass"
Oh my gosh.....Obama's mouth is at it again!!!
So are we going to have to get Obama and West together and have a beer summit to rectify this whole mess....or is Moran going to just suddenly disappear off the planet....

September 11, 2009 has come and gone for another year, and I want to urge all of you out there to continue to fly your flags. I fly mine 365 days a year in remembrance of those who have fought and died serving this country in the countless wars and skirmishes that have taken place through out history. On September 11, 2001, the towers came down due to the violence and selfishness of a people who have no regard for life or property, and the entire country came together to stand against the evil that had occurred. American flags were everywhere and the people of this country stood united. It is time to fly your flags, not just on flag day, or 9-11, but every day of the year! Unite with your neighbors and friends, show that you stand against the violence and corruption that is plaguing this country not only from the likes of Iraq and Iran, but also from within America herself. It is time for us to stand and be heard. It is time for us to take back America.

Did Anyone Do The Math????
The Cash For Clunkers Program:
A vehicle at 15 mpg and 12,000 miles per year uses 800 gallons a year of gasoline. A vehicle at 25 mpg and 12,000 miles per year uses 480 gallons a year.
So, the average clunker transaction will reduce US gasoline consumption by 320 gallons per year.
They claim 700,000 vehicles were brought in – so that's 224 million gallons saved per year.

So, we all contributed to the spending of $3 billion to save $350 million.
So, we actually just wasted $2 billion, $650 million dollars.
So, any bets on how much the proposed government run healthcare program will cost us????

Dear President Obama:
You are the thirteenth President under whom I have lived and
unlike any of the others, you truly scare me.
You scare me because after months of exposure, I know nothing
about you.
You scare me because I do not know how you paid for your
expensive Ivy League education and your upscale lifestyle and
housing with no visible signs of support.
You scare me because you did not spend the formative years
of youth growing up in America and culturally you are not an American.
You scare me because you have never run a company or met
a payroll.
You scare me because you have never had military experience,
thus don't understand it at its core.
You scare me because you lack humility and 'class', always
blaming others.
You scare me because for over half your life you have aligned
yourself with radical extremists who hate America and you
refuse to publicly denounce these radicals who wish to see
America fail.
You scare me because you are a cheerleader for the 'blame
America ' crowd and deliver this message abroad..
You scare me because you want to change America to a
European style country where the government sector
dominates instead of the private sector.
You scare me because you want to replace our health care
system with a government controlled one.
You scare me because you prefer 'wind mills' to responsibly
capitalizing on our own vast oil, coal and shale reserves..

Write Your U.S. Senators and Congressmen....NOW!
Do as Regan said back in 1961.
Everyone needs to write to their U.S. Senators and Congressmen now!
Tell them, we want no further encroachment on our individual freedoms and liberties.
We DO NOT want socialized medicine, and they need to dismantle the Socialist steamroller that is destroying Americas freedoms!
If they write back with their typical we need to do certain things to keep this country working and to take care of its people hoopla, you write them back immediately and tell them that you believe in government economy and fiscal responsibility. Tell them that you know Government doesn't tax to get the money they need, they find a need for the money they get.

GLENN: I want to go to U.S. representative Paul Broun. He is again raising the Specter of Democrats turning the United States of America into a totalitarian state. Congressman, how are you, sir?
REPRESENTATIVE PAUL BROUN: Good morning, Glenn. I tell you freedom is too precious for us to not be ever vigilant to make sure that we stay engaged to try and protect that freedom and that's all I've been doing.
GLENN: You said that Obama may be a fascist. You said that back in November and you're saying it again now?
REPRESENTATIVE PAUL BROUN: Well, actually what I've said is that there are a number of things that someone who wants to establish an authoritarian type of government needs to do to be able to do so one of which is to establish a national police force, a national security force. In July of July 17th of last year, Barack Obama in a speech given in Colorado went off his prepared text and said that, to quote him, quote: We cannot concede or rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we've set. We've got to have a civilian national security force just as powerful, just as strong and just as well funded, unquote. He said we've got to have it. Then the other thing that is necessary is to institute gun control. We know that Barack Obama has historically fought for gun control. He was the board member on the Joyce Foundation in Chicago that has supported gun control groups. He has put in place those folks around him that are very ardent supporters of gun control that have said, like Justice Sotomayor and Eric Holder and others who have said that there's not an individual right to own a firearm, et cetera. And then a third thing of many that they need but these three particularly, they need to control the media. There is a tremendous adoration of Barack Obama throughout the media. And then those of us who stand up and just raise the specter of the possibility of establishing authoritarian government, then we become Alinsky'd as you and I both have probably.
GLENN: Oh, yeah.
REPRESENTATIVE PAUL BROUN: We both know that.
GLENN: There was a news outlet this weekend that referred to me as a terrorist. I mean REPRESENTATIVE PAUL BROUN: Well, we saw the Homeland Security department say that people like you and me need to be put on a terrorist watch life. They say that Christian conservatives, pro life people, pro Second Amendment people, veterans even need to be put on a terrorist watch list. And I'm on the Homeland Security committee in the U.S. House. The secretary came and spoke to us and said that that should never have been released. Well, I guess not because it's a black eye on this administration.
GLENN: Hold on just a second. What about ELF? Didn't ELF blow up radio towers this weekend and say they were going to stop disinformation? I believe that happened in California this weekend. I believe they are the number one domestic terror group and yet they weren't mentioned in that at all. We have people that are blowing up the natural gas pipelines in Canada and yet nobody is talking about that. And I wonder why. Why did no one in the media really report, I mean really go after? They are talking about all these violent, you know, this is going to get violent at these town halls, going to be violence, violence, violence. Well, there was some violence. A guy had his finger bitten off by a supporter of Obamacare. REPRESENTATIVE PAUL BROUN: That's right. In fact, Glenn, this morning in the Athens Banner Herald the editorial talks about the possible violence at my town hall meeting. I'm sitting just one thin door away from a meeting hall where I'm holding a town hall meeting. We have had information that the Obama folks are busing people in here to disrupt our town hall meeting. So not only that but to go back to these groups, we've seen these radical environmental groups who are terrorists. We have seen the radical animal protection groups like the Animal Liberation Front and all these other groups. But not only that, within the Obama administration we see his diversity czar that he's put in the Federal Communications Commission has said that they are going to have localization in radio stations to try to shut down radio talk shows like yours, Rush Limbaugh's.
GLENN: Of course, they have to.
REPRESENTATIVE PAUL BROUN: Yours voice and others, and give those radio stations to other entities who are going to parrot what they want to have happen. So I'm just extremely concerned about all the things that I'm seeing. We have to be ever vigilant to make sure that we do not lose freedom. I'm an original intent constitutionalist and I think the federal government should only be doing the 18 things that Article I, Section 8 says that it can do. In fact, on my website I've put forth four questions that ask myself about all legislative issues. The first, is it right. And that means does it fit the Jew day's Christian principles, the biblical principles that this nation was founded upon. Second, is it constitutional according to the original intent. Third, do we need it. And fourth, can we afford it. And all four questions have to be yes or I vote no, and I'll continue to do so. We need to stop this outrageous spending of government, we need to make sure that we don't lose your freedom. This health care bill is going to be absolutely disastrous. I've said in floor speech after floor speech that we have a steamroller of socialism being driven by Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid, being fueled by Barack Obama, and we've got to put a stop sign in front of that steamroller.
GLENN: You know what? I will tell you this. Congressman, I have tonight on television I'm going to show what the White House has just done with Van Jones and why it is so unbelievably dangerous. And I've been saying, and I'm going to explain it in another way tonight, how we have to be Gandalf and stand there on that bridge and say "You shall not pass!" You can't let these people there is no compromise. You can't let these people do anything for the one reason: We used to have a system where we had Democrats and Republicans. But the Democrats have been hijacked by the uber left. They have people Michael Moore was sitting in the presidential box in 2004 when I first warned about this and said you've got to get yourself away from these people.
REPRESENTATIVE PAUL BROUN: Right.
GLENN: Because they are socialists, they are communists, they are anti capitalists. And everybody laughed at the time. And look at Michael Moore this weekend. He comes out with a statement that says capitalism is evil.
REPRESENTATIVE PAUL BROUN: Right.
GLENN: You can't let these people in Washington make another move.
REPRESENTATIVE PAUL BROUN: Absolutely. And that's exactly what Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid believe in, also, and we've just, we're sitting in a very precarious position as a country if we don't stop this steamroller of socialism. We are going to lose our freedom, we are going to be controlled by the federal government. The system of checks and battle are going out the window. The Supreme Court and the federal court systems do not use the Constitution in its original intent in the judgments that they hand down. The congress, and Democratic and Republican administrations alike, as well as the Democratic and Republican control of congress alike, we have seen the Constitution perverted and abused tremendously and we've got to stop it.

GLENN: Thank you, sir. Listen, I want to ask you this because there are very few people like you. Michele Bachmann is another one that's willing to step out and get, you know, just walk into the buzz saw. Are you seeing more people now in Washington that are not playing political games? I was glad to hear you say the Republicans were just as bad before well, not just as bad but they were on the same road. They betrayed as well. Are you seeing more people here in the last couple of weeks in Washington wake up or is it the same ole, same ole? REPRESENTATIVE PAUL BROUN: We've been gone for five weeks for this August district work period and so it's been five weeks. I'll go back to Washington actually from this town hall meeting today. I hope that the Republicans and Democrats alike are waking up. I'll give you a good example of George Bush being wrong and taking away our freedoms with the PATRIOT Act, which was disastrous as far as taking away freedom and giving the federal government intrusion in people's lives. And I was totally against that. The Republican congress under the leadership of George Bush for six years were big spenders. That's what the '06 and '08 elections were all about. They were just acting like Democrats, big government Republicans. We've got to change it. It's up to we the people getting activated and saying no to this steamroller of socialism, no to big government. In fact, I talked to a guy the other day and he said that the federal government has two jobs and only two: One is to make sure that we stay secure as a nation and by protecting our borders and having a strong military. And second is just get the hell out of the way so he can run his life without all the government intrusion. And that's exactly what the federal government should be doing.

Michele Bachmann is another one that's willing to step out and get, you know, just walk into the buzz saw. Are you seeing more people now in Washington that are not playing political games? I was glad to hear you say the Republicans were just as bad before well, not just as bad but they were on the same road. They betrayed as well. Are you seeing more people here in the last couple of weeks in Washington wake up or is it the same ole, same ole? REPRESENTATIVE PAUL BROUN: We've been gone for five weeks for this August district work period and so it's been five weeks. I'll go back to Washington actually from this town hall meeting today. I hope that the Republicans and Democrats alike are waking up. I'll give you a good example of George Bush being wrong and taking away our freedoms with the PATRIOT Act, which was disastrous as far as taking away freedom and giving the federal government intrusion in people's lives. And I was totally against that. The Republican congress under the leadership of George Bush for six years were big spenders. That's what the '06 and '08 elections were all about. They were just acting like Democrats, big government Republicans. We've got to change it. It's up to we the people getting activated and saying no to this steamroller of socialism, no to big government. In fact, I talked to a guy the other day and he said that the federal government has two jobs and only two: One is to make sure that we stay secure as a nation and by protecting our borders and having a strong military. And second is just get the hell out of the way so he can run his life without all the government intrusion. And that's exactly what the federal government should be doing.

Open Letter To Michael Moore - Marxist Jackass
I want to bring to your attention Mr. Moore a man named Eldridge Cleaver. A man who also had the same screwed up ideals that you maintain and also persisted in shoving them down Americas throats.
Eldridge Cleaver as you know was the leader of the Black Panthers back in the 60's and ended up fleeing from the United States and spending 8 years in exile in Communist and Socialist countries. Cleaver eventually asked to be allowed to return to the United States and pay whatever penalty was due on charges pending against him. At this point in time, he and his wife were no longer atheists and they were no longer Communists. The bitter years they spent behind the iron and bamboo curtains had dispelled all the propaganda concerning "equality" and "justice" under Communism. Imagine that!! Cleaver told the press "I would rather be in jail in America than free anywhere else." He further stated "I had a chance to witness Marxism up close and in action. In my travels around the world, I saw that it wasn't working. I saw that the dictatorship of the proletarian was the last thing I wanted to have. That's when I began to see that with all of our problems in the United States, we had the best formal government in the world. We had the freest and most democratic procedure. I'm telling you after I ran into the Egyptian police and the Algerian police and the North Korean police and the Nigerian police and Idie Amin's police in Uganda, I began to miss the Oakland police."
Interesting isn't it Mr. Moore, that a man who was hell bent on changing this country and bringing Marxist ideals to replace the Capitalism that existed here in America and after spending time living that dream came to realize how wrong he had been, and to his dying day, never changed how he felt about this country and how great it was. He was only wrong about this country being democratic, as this country is a republic with a republican form of government, which is the way the forefathers set it up!
Cleaver even became a conservative Republican. He appeared at various Republican events and spoke at a California Republican State Central Committee meeting regarding his political transformation. He endorsed Ronald Regan for President in 1980 and 1984 and in 1986 Cleaver even embarked on an unsuccessful campaign to win a Republican United States Senate seat. A man far more radical than you Mr. Moore, yet he had the sense to realize his mistakes and how wrong he was in trying to bring the same Marxist values to America that you are.
At the very least, Cleaver figured things out, something I doubt you will ever have sense enough to do yourself. So my suggestion to you.....go pack your bags, then take your self righteous arrogant pompous fat ass and put them all on a plane to say North Korea or Venezuela and lets just see how long you survive!!

WASHINGTON – Americans who fail to sign up for a medical plan after health care overhaul takes effect could be hit with fines of up to $3,800, according to a new proposal circulated Tuesday by a senior Democrat. Meanwhile, on the eve of a major health care speech by President Barack Obama, a government health insurance option overwhelmingly favored by progressive Democrats appeared to be losing critically needed support.
The fines would be the stick to enforce a proposed requirement that all Americans get health insurance, much as auto coverage is now mandatory. The penalties would start at $750 a year for individuals, and $1,500 for families. Households making more than three times the federal poverty level — about $66,000 for a family of four — would face the maximum fines. For families, it would be $3,800, and for individuals, $950.
Well, it just keeps getting better and better doesn't it folks! The socialist agenda just keeps pushing harder and harder against the American citizens. You WILL have insurance, or WE will FINE you! Another case of forcing the issue....another argument that Hitler is sitting at the helm of the U.S.A. and along with his self appointed CZARS, or as I see them, SS recruits which are the Führer's "Praetorian Guard,".

Gun Toting Black Man at Obama's Phoneix Appearance
This man, who would not tell reporters his name, carried an AR-15 rifle near an Aug. 17 appearance in Phoenix by President Barack Obama. Interesting how the media made such a
big fuss, then suddenly they completely shut up.....other than this picture, they never told you it was a Black man carrying the rife did they!
If this had been a white guy toting this gun around, the media would still be in a frenzy flapping their gums about the whole incident, but because he was black, they just made the whole thing go away! I wonder why!!!!!

To: Sherman Frederick, Sir....first and foremost, Thank you!
What you wrote in your newspaper, The Review-Journel to Harry Reid, made me proud to know that I am on the side of right in this fight to save our country and that your newspaper was willing to take on the likes of Reid, a selfish blowhard who does what he does for personal power and gain. Reid is a disgrace not only to himself, the state of Nevada, and to this country, but also to his religion which never teaches this type of behavior to anyone. He makes me sick as he parades himself up and down the boulevard acting as a self righteous hack supporting a Marxist agenda that is being shoved down the American citizens throats. Thank you for standing up for the people of Nevada and the entire country, I am proud to have people like you on my side. It is the MAJORITIES indubitable, inalienable, and indefeasible right and RESPONSIBILITY to reform, alter, or abolish a corrupt and inadequate government that is contrary to the purposes of protection, security, life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness of the American people.
I leave you with this:

Today's Headlines: Scotland frees terminally ill Lockerbie bomber
EDINBURGH, Scotland — Scotland freed the terminally ill Lockerbie bomber on compassionate grounds Thursday, letting the Libyan go home to die despite American pleas to show no mercy for the man responsible for the 1988 attack that killed 270 people.
The White House declared it "deeply" regretted the Scottish decision as Abdel Baset al-Megrahi left Greenock Prison and flew to Libya on an Airbus dispatched to Glasgow Airport, still insisting he was innocent.
Scotland's justice secretary said freeing the bomber was an expression of the Scottish people's humanity but U.S. family members of Lockerbie victims expressed outrage.
Now, I have my own opinion about this, and it is that whoever it was that released this guy is a FRIGGIN IDIOT! This guy is DYING, he has NOTHING TO LOSE! Do you honestly think that he is not capable of climbing aboard another airline, or strapping a bomb to himself and finding his way into a crowded street and BLOWING HIMSELF UP? Again, he has NOTHING TO LOSE, and some bleeding heart liberals have set this guy free upon the world to strike again!
I'm not the brightest guy on the planet, but I can sure spot stupidity when I see it! All I hope is that if there is anyone else who dies at the hands of the guy, that they will be relations of, or those who actually made the idiotic decision to let him go!
