Learn To Speak Spanish?

So, Obama is embarrassed because we as a nation cannot speak Spanish.....I'm embarrassed that Obama calls himself an American and that there are those of you out there that are seriously considering giving your vote to him. I'm embarrassed that this Marxist is even being allowed to run for anything in this country, especially President. I have no desire to learn a second language so I can communicate with the illegals that are flooding our country, I want them out, why the hell would I want to talk to them, other than to say, GET OUT!! This country is based on English, and if you can't speak English, then it is not my problem. Anyone that I know who came here from another country speaks their language and English, so we have no trouble communicating. If you can't communicate with me, then you must have just come over the border illegally and maybe I should learn the phrase, "get down on the ground and put your hands behind your back." Instead of worrying about immigrants learning English, Obama told the audience, "America should be teaching its children Spanish. Every child should be bilingual." How about spreken zie dolch? You know what, for as long as I can remember, everyone is taught a second language in school, everyone. I took french in grade school, and I took Spanish in high school. I had no desire to learn either, I wasn't interested in being able to go home at night and say in Spanish to my mother, what are we having for dinner, and having her look at me with a blank stare and say, "what?" You know, I follow this clown Obama daily, watching what he says and trying to figure out what it is he really stands for, and all I can ever come up with on his "Change" platform is reading between the lines of bringing this country into Socialism. He always seems to be able to avoid the question of what the definition of change is. When I ask people why they are voting for him they say, "he's good looking" "He is a good speaker" "He wants change" "I'm tired of Bush". For the love of Pete, why can't you people see what you are getting yourselves into?? A good friend of mine actually said to me that a little socialism would be good for the country. That's a bunch of monkey muffins! The instant you allow even so much as an ounce of socialism into this country, you will be hijacked, then taken and thrown under the bus. People, what are you thinking? Where are your heads? I have given you example after example of what the democrats in this country are trying to do to us, and the sad part is, they are screwing up this country daily, and then twist it around to their benefit and blame it on the republicans, and you are stupid enough to believe it! I am beginning to wonder if anyone out there who supports this garbage knows how to read! If you knew how to read, and spent some time researching the liberals and their past and what has been going on, you would be able to figure this out all on your own. Jon Voight just came out the last week in July and made a remarkable statement against Obama, and his Marxist agenda, and if you didn't read it, I am going to add it to this post. This is a man, who admits that he was a liberal, and foolishly allowed others to lead him on, until he finally heard the dime drop and realized that he was being duped, and if you believe the liberal agenda, you are being duped as well. If you think that the liberals in this country have your best interest at heart, you are sadly mistaken. Stop listening to what the liberals are telling you, especially the likes of liberal Hollywood. They are suckers, and they are playing your for a sucker as well. Remember the old saying, misery loves company?? There are not too many people in Hollywood that have the ability to see past the liberal agenda, and for those who do, I take my hat off to you! We, as parents, are well aware of the importance of our teachers who teach and program our children. We also know how important it is for our children to play with good-thinking children growing up.
Sen. Barack Obama has grown up with the teaching of very angry, militant white and black people: the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Louis Farrakhan, William Ayers and Rev. Michael Pfleger. We cannot say we are not affected by teachers who are militant and angry. We know too well that we become like them, and Mr. Obama will run this country in their mindset.
The Democratic Party, in its quest for power, has managed a propaganda campaign with subliminal messages, creating a God-like figure in a man who falls short in every way. It seems to me that if Mr. Obama wins the presidential election, then Messrs. Farrakhan, Wright, Ayers and Pfleger will gain power for their need to demoralize this country and help create a socialist America.
The Democrats have targeted young people, knowing how easy it is to bring forth whatever is needed to program their minds. I know this process well. I was caught up in the hysteria during the Vietnam era, which was brought about through Marxist propaganda underlying the so-called peace movement. The radicals of that era were successful in giving the communists power to bring forth the killing fields and slaughter 2.5 million people in Cambodia and South Vietnam. Did they stop the war, or did they bring the war to those innocent people? In the end, they turned their backs on all the horror and suffering they helped create and walked away.
Those same leaders who were in the streets in the '60s are very powerful today in their work to bring down the Iraq war and to attack our president, and they have found their way into our schools. William Ayers is a good example of that.
Thank God, today, we have a strong generation of young soldiers who know exactly who they are and what they must do to protect our freedom and our democracy. And we have the leadership of Gen. David Petraeus, who has brought hope and stability to Iraq and prevented the terrorists from establishing a base in that country. Our soldiers are lifting us to an example of patriotism at a time when we've almost forgotten who we are and what is at stake.
If Mr. Obama had his way, he would have pulled our troops from Iraq years ago and initiated an unprecedented bloodbath, turning over that country to the barbarianism of our enemies. With what he has openly stated about his plans for our military, and his lack of understanding about the true nature of our enemies, there's not a cell in my body that can accept the idea that Mr. Obama can keep us safe from the terrorists around the world, and from Iran, which is making great strides toward getting the atomic bomb. And while a misleading portrait of Mr. Obama is being perpetrated by a media controlled by the Democrats, the Obama camp has sent out people to attack the greatness of Sen. John McCain, whose suffering and courage in a Hanoi prison camp is an American legend.
Gen. Wesley Clark, who himself has shame upon him, having been relieved of his command, has done their bidding and become a lying fool in his need to demean a fellow soldier and a true hero.
This is a perilous time, and more than ever, the world needs a united and strong America. If, God forbid, we live to see Mr. Obama president, we will live through a socialist era that America has not seen before, and our country will be weakened in every way.

Shoes In Church

Dad sent this to me, and I felt it deserved to be passed
on so I am posting it here on the blog for all to read. It
is a wonderful story that we all can take a lesson from....

Shoes in Church

I showered and shaved.............
I adjusted my tie.
I got there and sat.............
In a pew just in time.
Bowing my head in prayer.........
As I closed my eyes.
I saw the shoe of the man next to me.....
Touching my own. I sighed.
With plenty of room on either side......
I thought, "Why must our soles touch?"
It bothered me, his shoe touching mine...
But it didn't bother him much.
A prayer began: "Our Father".............
I thought,
"This man with the shoes, has no pride.
They're dusty, worn, and scratched.
Even worse, there are holes on the side!"
"Thank You for blessings," the prayer went on.
The shoe man said...............
A quiet "Amen."
I tried to focus on the prayer.......
But my thoughts were on his shoes again.
Aren't we supposed to look our best,
when walking through that door?
"Well, this certainly isn't it,"
I thought, glancing toward the floor.
Then the prayer was ended...........
And the songs of praise began.
The shoe man was certainly loud......
Sounding proud as he sang.
His voice lifted the rafters.........
His hands were raised high.
The Lord could surely hear.
The shoe man's voice from the sky.
It was time for the offering.......
And what I threw in was steep.
I watched as the shoe man reached....
Into his pockets so deep.
I saw what was pulled out..........
What the shoe man put in.
Then I heard a soft "clink".
As when silver hits tin.
The sermon really bored me.........

The Patriot Act And My Thoughts

It has become apparent that our Government no longer has any moral integrity. Not too long ago, the United States set the example for the entire world in regards to civil liberties and human rights. Today, we have what is called the Patriot Act that basically criminalizes free speech, allows the government to setup wiretaps without any probable cause, and even allows that people can be locked up on suspicion alone without due process or even a hearing. If you are a foreign national you can be deported for anything that is said or thought even if you are a total law abiding citizen, and you also can be kept from ever entering this country again. All this and much much more in a bill that the leaders of this country rushed to pass just 6 weeks after the towers came down. This is a bill that mocks our constitution and brings us ever closer to tyranny. The Patriot Act goes on and on and on, even so far as to give the FBI access to the books you check out at the library. It is allot to read, but if you really want to know what was done to you in the name of terrorism, you should take some time and check it out. You know....... I love this country and I always have, but sometimes, I just flat out don't recognize it anymore, and when I lay down at night and think about all this, it makes me sick to think that we are facing the idea of actually losing America. It is the duty of every Judge we have in this country to uphold and protect the Constitution and it is time to remove those who do not and replace them with honest judges who will. Just take a look at the 9th Circus Court in San Francisco, these clowns don't do anything according to the constitution, they do everything according to what they want done, period. I understand that there are things that need to be implemented to protect us from the threat of terrorism, but I also understand that if previous sitting presidents and other politicians had done the job they were elected to do, allot of this would not be happening. Your freedom is being taken bit by bit, day by day, and the day will come when it will completely evaporate if we do not wake up and take a stand, and the thing we need to do first and foremost is to replace the leaders and politicians of this country with people who will do what's right, not worrying about who they will offend or upset. This is America and we have always had rules about the way things were done but nowadays, it comes down to who might we offend if we don't do something a certain way. I read in the paper this morning about a guy who's 2 kids were taken from their house at 6 in the morning. The kids were crying and the father followed the cries to the house next door where he found the neighbor had abducted them. He proceeded to beat the crap out of him, and when his "partner" showed up in the middle of the beating, the father beat the crap out of him as well. Now, the gays are protesting at his arraignment saying that this is a hate crime because he beat up two gay guys.....Hello!!!! This guy took his children!! I don't give a rats wahoo if he is gay, black, white or from the friggen planet mars, he took the kids, if it had been me......well, lets just say that he's allot better off having taken this guys kids instead of mine!! Hate crimes are now a huge issue in this country, and they were brought on due to the Patriot Act. See where this is going???? Even in England the Tory Party has made the decision to stand up for what is right and their popularity has already grown by 22%. People are getting sick of being pushed around and it is time something is done about it. We the people have the power, but if we don't use it, we will lose it!!

Iran has carried out missile tests for what could be a
plan for a nuclear strike on the United States, the head
of a national security panel has warned. In testimony
before the House Armed Services Committee and in
remarks to a private conference on missile defense over
the weekend hosted by the Claremont Institute, Dr.
William Graham warned that the U.S. intelligence
community “doesn’t have a story” to explain the recent
Iranian tests. One group of tests that troubled Graham,
the former White House science adviser under President
Ronald Reagan, were successful efforts to launch a Scud
missile from a platform in the Caspian Sea. “They’ve got
[test] ranges in Iran which are more than long enough to
handle Scud launches and even Shahab-3 launches,” Dr.
Graham said. “Why would they be launching from the
surface of the Caspian Sea? They obviously have not
explained that to us.” Another troubling group of tests
involved Shahab-3 launches where the Iranians "detonated
the warhead near apogee, not over the target area where
the thing would eventually land, but at altitude,” Graham
said. “Why would they do that?” Graham chairs the
Commission to Assess the Threat to the United States from
Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) Attack, a blue-ribbon panel
established by Congress in 2001. The commission examined
the Iranian tests “and without too much effort connected the
dots,” even though the U.S. intelligence community previously
had failed to do so, Graham said. “The only plausible
explanation we can find is that the Iranians are figuring out
how to launch a missile from a ship and get it up to altitude and
then detonate it,” he said. “And that’s exactly what you would
do if you had a nuclear weapon on a Scud or a Shahab-3 or other
missile, and you wanted to explode it over the United States.”
The commission warned in a report issued in April that the
United States was at risk of a sneak nuclear attack by a rogue
nation or a terrorist group designed to take out our nation’s
critical infrastructure. "If even a crude nuclear weapon were
detonated anywhere between 40 kilometers to 400 kilometers
above the earth, in a split-second it would generate an electro-
magnetic pulse [EMP] that would cripple military and civilian
communications, power, transportation, water, food, and other
infrastructure," the report warned. While not causing
immediate civilian casualties, the near-term impact on U.S.
society would dwarf the damage of a direct nuclear strike on a
U.S. city. “The first indication [of such an attack] would be that
the power would go out, and some, but not all, the
telecommunications would go out. We would not physically feel
anything in our bodies,” Graham said. As electric power, water
and gas delivery systems failed, there would be “truly massive
traffic jams,” Graham added, since modern automobiles and
signaling systems all depend on sophisticated electronics that
would be disabled by the EMP wave. “So you would be
walking. You wouldn’t be driving at that point,” Graham said.
“And it wouldn’t do any good to call the maintenance or repair
people because they wouldn’t be able to get there, even if you
could get through to them.” The food distribution system also
would grind to a halt as cold-storage warehouses stockpiling
perishables went offline. Even warehouses equipped with
backup diesel generators would fail, because “we wouldn’t be
able to pump the fuel into the trucks and get the trucks to the
warehouses,” Graham said. The United States “would quickly
revert to an early 19th century type of country.” except that
we would have 10 times as many people with ten times fewer
resources, he said. “Most of the things we depend upon would
be gone, and we would literally be depending on our own assets
and those we could reach by walking to them,” Graham said.
America would begin to resemble the 2002 TV series,
“Jeremiah,” which depicts a world bereft of law, infrastructure,
and memory. In the TV series, an unspecified virus wipes out
the entire adult population of the planet. In an EMP attack, the
casualties would be caused by our almost total dependence on
technology for everything from food and water, to hospital care.
Within a week or two of the attack, people would start dying,
Graham says. “People in hospitals would be dying faster than
that, because they depend on power to stay alive. But then it
would go to water, food, civil authority, emergency services.
And we would end up with a country with many, many people
not surviving the event.” Asked just how many Americans
would die if Iran were to launch the EMP attack it appears to
be preparing, Graham gave a chilling reply. “You have to go
back into the 1800s to look at the size of population” that could
survive in a nation deprived of mechanized agriculture,
transportation, power, water, and communication. “I’d have
to say that 70 to 90 percent of the population would not be
sustainable after this kind of attack,” he said. America
would be reduced to a core of around 30 million people —
about the number that existed in the decades after America’s
independence from Great Britain. The modern electronic
economy would shut down, and America would most likely
revert to “an earlier economy based on barter,” the EMP
commission’s report on Critical National Infrastructure
concluded earlier this year. In his recent congressional
testimony, Graham revealed that Iranian military journals,
translated by the CIA at his commission’s request, “explicitly
discuss a nuclear EMP attack that would gravely harm the
United States.” Furthermore, if Iran launched its attack from
a cargo ship plying the commercial sea lanes off the East coast
— a scenario that appears to have been tested during the
Caspian Sea tests — U.S. investigators might never determine
who was behind the attack. Because of the limits of nuclear
forensic technology, it could take months. And to disguise
their traces, the Iranians could simply decide to sink the ship
that had been used to launch it, Graham said. Several
participants in last weekend’s conference in Dearborn, Mich.,
hosted by the conservative Claremont Institute argued that
Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad was thinking about
an EMP attack when he opined that “a world without America
is conceivable.” In May 2007, then Undersecretary of State
John Rood told Congress that the U.S. intelligence community
estimates that Iran could develop an ICBM capable of hitting
the continental United States by 2015. But Iran could put a
Scud missile on board a cargo ship and launch from the
commercial sea lanes off America’s coasts well before then.
The only thing Iran is lacking for an effective EMP attack is a
nuclear warhead, and no one knows with any certainty when
that will occur. The latest U.S. intelligence estimate states that
Iran could acquire the fissile material for a nuclear weapon
as early as 2009, or as late as 2015, or possibly later. Secretary
of Defense Donald Rumsfeld first detailed the “Scud-in-a-bucket”
threat during a briefing in Huntsville, Ala., on Aug. 18, 2004.
While not explicitly naming Iran, Rumsfeld revealed that “one
of the nations in the Middle East had launched a ballistic
missile from a cargo vessel. They had taken a short-range,
probably Scud missile, put it on a transporter-erector launcher,
lowered it in, taken the vessel out into the water, peeled back the
top, erected it, fired it, lowered it, and covered it up. And the ship
that they used was using a radar and electronic equipment that
was no different than 50, 60, 100 other ships operating in the
immediate area.” Iran’s first test of a ship-launched Scud missile
occurred in spring 1998, and was mentioned several months later
in veiled terms by the Commission to Assess the Ballistic Missile
Threat to the United States, a blue-ribbon panel also known as
the Rumsfeld Commission. I was the first reporter to mention the
Iran sea-launched missile test in an article appearing in the
Washington Times in May 1999. Intelligence reports on the
launch were “well known to the White House but have not been
disseminated to the appropriate congressional committees,” I
wrote. Such a missile “could be used in a devastating stealth
attack against the United States or Israel for which the United
States has no known or planned defense.” Few experts believe
that Iran can be deterred from launching such an attack by the
threat of massive retaliation against Iran. They point to a
December 2001 statement by former Iranian President Ali
Akbar Hashemi- Rafsanjani, who mulled the possibility of
Israeli retaliation after an Iranian nuclear strike. “The use of
an atomic bomb against Israel would destroy Israel completely,
while [the same] against the Islamic only would cause damages.
Such a scenario is not inconceivable,” Rafsanjani said at the time.
Rep. Trent Franks, R, Ariz., plans to introduce legislation next
week that would require the Pentagon to lay the groundwork
for an eventual military strike against Iran, to prevent Iran
from acquiring nuclear weapons and EMP capability. “An EMP
attack on America would send us back to the horse and buggy
era — without the horse and buggy,” he told the Claremont
Institute conference on Saturday. “If you’re a terrorist, this is
your ultimate goal, your ultimate asymmetric weapon.” Noting
Iran’s recent sea-launched and mid-flight warhead detonation
tests, Rep. Franks concluded, “They could do it — either
directly or anonymously by putting some freighter out there
on the ocean.” The only possible deterrent against Iran
is the prospect of failure, Dr. Graham and other experts
agreed. And the only way the United States could credibly
threaten an Iranian missile strike would be to deploy effective
national missile defenses. “It’s well known that people don’t
go on a diet until they’ve had a heart attack,” said Claremont
Institute president Brian T. Kennedy. “And we as a nation
are having a heart attack” when it comes to the threat of an
EMP attack from Iran. “As of today, we have no defense
against such an attack. We need space -based missile
defenses to protect against an EMP attack,” he told Newsmax.
Rep. Franks said he remains surprised at how partisan
the subject of space-based missile defenses remain. “Nuclear
missiles don’t discriminate on party lines when they land,
” he said. Arizona Republican Sen. Jon Kyl, a long-standing
champion of missile defense, told the Claremont conference
on Friday that Sen. Obama has opposed missile defense tooth
and nail and as president would cut funding for these programs
dramatically. “Senator Obama has been quoted as saying, ‘I
don’t agree with a missile defense system,’ and that we can
cut $10 billion of the research out — never mind, as I say,
that the entire budget is $9.6 billion, or $9.3 billion,” Kyl
said. Like Franks, Kyl believes that the only way to
eventually deter Iran from launching an EMP attack on the
United States is to deploy robust missile defense systems,
including space-based interceptors. The United States “needs
a missile defense that is so strong, in all the different phases
we need to defend against . . . that countries will decide it’s not
worth coming up against us,” Kyl said. “That’s one of the things
that defeated the Soviet Union. That’s one of the ways we can
deal with these rogue states . . . and also the way that we can
keep countries that are not enemies today, but are potential
enemies, from developing capabilities to challenge us. “

The Fairness Doctrine

FCC Chairman Kevin Martin has sent a letter
to House Minority Leader John Boehner
expressing his strenuous opposition to the
reinstatement of the so-called Fairness Doctrine.
The Fairness Doctrine for you who don't know
what it is all about was first implemented in 1949.
It said that radio stations, and later TV stations as
well had to give equal time to opposing viewpoints
on controversial subjects. The FCC repealed the
Doctrine in 1987. This is when talk show hosts
like Rush Limbaugh came into peoples lives.

In his letter, Martin stated, “I have always been,
and remain strongly, opposed to the Fairness
Doctrine. I am on record as supporting legislation
that would have prohibited the FCC from reinstating
the Fairness Doctrine.” Martin referred to a letter
he sent to several members of Congress last year
that read in part, “I see no compelling reason to
reinstate the Fairness Doctrine in today’s broadcast
environment, and believe that such a step would
inhibit the robust discussion of issues of public
concern over the nation’s airwaves.”
Opponents of the Fairness Doctrine say that if it
were reinstated, stations that air conservative
viewpoints would have to give free air time to
liberals. As a result, many stations might choose
not to air the conservative talkers.

Problem here folks is that there has been growing
speculation on Capitol Hill that Democrats will seek
to reinstate the Fairness Doctrine under the guise
that conservative talk radio is disproportionately
dominating American radio. So in other words,
they (the democrats) want the people who are
standing up for America and the rights of the
people to know the truth about what is really
going on in this country, and continually provide
valuable information on the corruption that is a
foot in Washington silenced. The democrats do
NOT want you to know the truth, they want you
to only know what they tell you, say something
along the lines of what Hitler did to eliminate the
press and any freedoms of speech in Nazi Germany.
The people heard only what Hitler wanted them to
hear from his propaganda machine. Shall we call it
modern day Gestapo tactics, or is that label better
left for the I.R.S., or are they just all one in the same.

Martin also wrote that the FCC was considering
the use of local advisory boards to ensure that
broadcasters are fulfilling their obligation to serve
their local communities, but stressed that these
boards “would not regulate the content of the
broadcasters’ programming.” He concluded in
his letter to the Ohio Republican: “I appreciate
your interest in this matter and reiterate that I
share your concern that the Fairness Doctrine
not be reinstated.
One thing is clear: If the Democrats win theWhite
House, expect an all-out attack on talk radio.
Political talk, as we know it, could end. If they win,
Rush, Imus, Savage, Beck, and dozens of other
major hosts will be muzzled by using federal
regulations to control political talk. Leading liberals
in Congress, the Democratic presidential candidates,
and even some Republicans speak openly of their
plans to end conservative talk radio using federal
regulations. Their weapon: a revived Fairness
Doctrine, which would once again require stations
to air divergent points of view, a clever ruse that
makes station owners leery of airing controversial
talk-radio hosts fearing law suits and federal sanctions.
With a new Fairness Doctrine, you could see many top
conservative radio hosts canned.

People, we are guaranteed the right to free speech
in this country by the Constitution, and no liberal
hack has any business trying to take that away.
These politicians are picking and chipping away at
the Constitution everyday and trying to put you
in a socialistic environment where the government
controls your lives and your every movement.
Think about that today as you get up and leave
your own house, while driving your own car, and
going to your own job, wearing your own clothes,
and taking out your wallet to buy your own lunch
with your own money, or at least what is left after
you give the government close to 55% of what you
made last year, and then going home to your own
family, and watching your own TV and playing on
your own computer, or your own Xbox, or picking
a movie out of your own movie collection....do I
need to go on?? People are taking all these things
for granted, and there are those who believe that
the government would give them all these things
if they took over complete control, and took from
those who have worked to earn a life and gave to
those who have not. That's what the Germans
thought when they elected Hitler into power, and
once he had power, no one was safe, no one! I still
have nightmarish visions from documentrys I have
watched of people carrying a suitcase with
everything they owned onto boxcars to be trans-
ported to concentration camps to their ultimate
rewards of slave labor and death. Families never
to see each other again in this world, starved,
beaten, torchered, dismembered......murdered.

After 143 Days of Experience, Obama Wants To Be President

Barack Obama has had exactly 143 days of experience
in the U.S. Senate before setting his sights on becoming
President. He was sworn in as a senator on Jan. 4,
2005, and he announced that he was forming a
committee to look into running for president on Jan. 16,
2007. In that interval, the Senate was in session and
working for 143 days, the equivalent of less than 21
seven-day weeks. So, after 143 days of work
experience, that's just over 1/3 of a year, Obama in
his mind was ready to be the leader of the free world
like others before him such as Abraham Lincoln, FDR,
JFK and Ronald Reagan. My oh my, where do I sign
up to vote for this remarkable man of such great
experience!! What I find ironic is that the Clintons
never saw this coming. They never would have
believed for one second that this guy even had the
slightest chance of beating Hillary out of the election.
Just when they thought they were going to be back in
power, this guy steps up and it was all over!!
Ok, now,John McCain has had a total of 26 years in
Congress and 22 years of military service, at the very
least he has experience behind him. I may not see
McCain as the ideal candidate, but I can't even see
Obama being in charge of the local animal shelter. What
experience does this man actually have that would give
him the ability to run this country, and where is he going
to be when we are facing a full on attack by those are
seeking to destroy us at this very minute?? Why his
experience says that he should dis-arm us so that we
are sitting ducks and that we should talk to those who
want to destroy us and talk them out of wanting to
destroy us, because these are rational, understanding
people, and blah blah blah blah blah blah blah!!!!
In other words folks, bend over and kiss your butts

The Sound of Music

I went to a performance last night of The Sound of Music. It has been several years since I had last seen this production, and as I watched I realized how significant this performance was. I first saw the Sound of Music in a theater as a young boy, young enough that my parents had to explain to me what the Germans were doing and why these people had to leave their home and flee for their lives. It was at that time that playing war with my friends, or just playing war with my army men in the backyard gained a whole new light. I now despised the Germans and what they were and what they had stood for. I did like their helmets, but nothing else caught my eye. These were destructive self righteous people who were looking to exterminate everyone but themselves who they labeled as the "perfect race." As I sat and watched the production last night I wondered how many people sitting in the audience even remotely had a clue as to what was going on up there on stage. Even though this was only a play for the enjoyment of the crowd, not only was it a true story, but it was full of meaning and warnings to everyone watching that you are in as much danger now as those who were mascaraed by the Nazi regime. I here players on the stage comment that such a thing could never happen in their country, that the Nazis were willing to let Austria slide and not be harmed, that going along with the Nazis was the best thing they could do in order to protect themselves, all but Captain Von Trapp, who refused to become a part of a murderous machine that was there to eliminate and destroy everything in its path. He knew what these people were up to, and he was not going to become a part of it, he was willing to fight, to speak out against the Nazi's, to die for what he believed in if necessary. So, what about you??? Are you willing to just sit back and allow yourselves to become captive, and everything you have taken away from you, even murdered and destroyed? Are you willing to let the Nazi's of today take away your freedom, your family, life as you know it and order you to live under socialist law, or communist law, or worse not live at all, but be shot or hung. Are you ready to be overrun by those who seek to destroy you in the name of Allah? As I watched the players enter the stage wearing Nazi uniforms, and nasty, self righteous pompous attitudes, and then the Nazi flags that appeared from the ceiling, it made my skin crawl and the anger inside me started to surface. I must give the players of the performance an A+ for had they not been doing their job so well on stage, I would have left not hating their guts. I would recommend that you rent or buy the Sound of Music, Schindler's List, Cabaret and sit down in front of your TV and watch them and see if the presence of even as much as a Nazi flag doesn't send terror through your soul, and heighten your senses to what you could be facing. America is no longer safe, it is not safe from outside threats, nor is it safe from those who have snuck in and are waiting to pounce, or even the leaders with dreams of grandeur within. America, it is time to wake up and fight back. Time is of the essence, and it is quickly ticking away. We have taken America for granted and she has fallen to her knees. It is time we take her by the hand, lift her up and help her to stand tall against the political and judicial corruption, the lust for power and money, and against those who would plot to overtake her. America has always been the greatest place in the world, and I for one, do not want that to change.... how about you?????

I'm sorry I have not posted anything the past week, but
I have been working out of state and just have not had
the time to sit down and add anything here. I have a
short video I want to post here today that I have seen
many times, and it always generates the same emotions
everytime I see it. I watch it when I am feeling down or
depressed and finding the world is closing in on me, and
it helps to lift my awareness that I really don't have it all
that bad, and that I need to press forward and fight to do
those things I need to get done. Take the time to watch it
and remember it is here the next time you feel that your
life is so overwhelming and you need a little extra help to
get through your day. It is not political, it is not about petty
differneces, or the price of gasoline. It is about a father and
a son, and the fathers love and dedication to a young man
who if not for his fathers unconditional love, would not have

This is a poem that I remember reading in my
younger days, and it impacted me so much, that
I have always remembered it, and been mindfull

Today, as we roll into the month of July, I want to take this opportunity to say thank you to all those who are responsible for the liberties and freedoms we enjoy as American citizens. Many men and women have died in the fight against those who would take our freedoms away from us, and to those who have served, whether alive or dead, I want to say THANK YOU for your willingness to stand for what you knew to be right. It saddens me to think that many people who live in this century are either unaware, or completely blind to what they have living here in the United States of America. So many take it for granted, and they feel it is someone else's responsibility to maintain the rights and privileges we have here. Too many feel it is too much of an inconvenience to take a few minutes of their day to get out and vote, or to sit down and write a letter to their representatives to let them know how they feel about an issue. The rights and privileges we enjoy came at a high price, and as the saying goes, "Freedom isn't Free". I encourage each and everyone of you, to start getting involved with the everyday workings of this country. Stop being afraid of getting involved. Stop letting the politicians push you around. Stop letting them make laws that are not in our best interest because they only heard from a handful of people telling them not to. These politicians have now got you paying over 50% of the hard earned money you make into the government coffers. They waste, they misappropriate, the misuse, steal and otherwise manipulate the system to their benefit. There are those who are trying to make a difference, but there are more that are fighting against them. Stop electing people who are not doing their job, start recalling those who are in office and are not doing what they promised. Stop allowing these same people to pollute your minds against the good people who are fighting to keep you free. No one likes war, and I like you would be happy if it was non existent, but you and I both know that as long as there are those out there who are driven by power and greed, that war in an inevitable fact. God has told us in scripture, that wars will plague the world for all time. War is something we cannot stop, sadly, but it is also something we cannot hide from. Too many people live their lives with their heads buried in the sand, and as a result, those who are trying to do right are being persecuted, and we are losing our precious rights in this country daily. The Supreme Court just struck a major victory last week when they stood up for this countries second amendment rights to keep and bear arms, but you need to look at this a little closer, as it was a 5 to 4 vote, and had that one judge voted the opposite directions, the Constitution would have taken another giant hit. 4 of the 9 judges do not follow the laws of the Constitution, but rather make up their own. Our judges are corrupt, and few understand what the Constitution stands for and what it means. Most feel it is something to be trifled with, desecrated, changed to benefit the minority instead of upholding the rights of the majority. These people need to be removed from the bench, as they have no right serving in such a capacity if they cannot, and will not uphold those laws which our founding fathers put in place to protect us from just such a caliber of people. America is the greatest country in the entire world without question, and this is why so many people are trying desperately to get in, but we also can go from being the greatest to bottom of the pile if people do not start to stand up and be counted. My father was engaged in the Korean War, and I am proud of him for his service, I don't look down on him because he had to go to war, I respect, and admire him for his call to duty. Too many service men and women are looked upon with disgust and disregard by those who would just a soon sell this country up the river into socialism or worse. We need to take our country back a few decades where the pledge of allegiance was said every morning in school, and where prayer was an everyday occurrence. To those who have fought to take God and patriotism out of our lives, I say it is time you move on. Move on to somewhere like Russia, or China, or Iraq. Move on to where you have no freedoms, and where you would be much happier under government control. Stop inflicting our society with your negative and corrupting ways, and leave us in peace to worship God and to stand in patriotic support of America in her efforts to remain the greatest nation in the world. If you are going to a 4th of July parade this year, remember to stand and pay tribute to the flag as it passes you at the beginning of the parade and pay tribute to this great country and to all those valient men and women who have fought for her. Congress. Obama was a “community organizer”
in Chicago. If his messianic message of “Hope”
and “Change” is so powerful, why are poor blacks
in Chicago still poor? Socialism does not work.

* Obama supports anti-God secularists.
Obama is aligned with left-wing secularists who
are suing the Boy Scouts because they have God
in their pledge and refuse to let homosexual men
be in charge of young boys. The secularists are
also stopping children from saying prayers in
school, preventing local governments from
displaying religious symbols and pushing samesex
marriage against the will of the people.
Obama opposes the Defense of Marriage Act, a
law that allows state governments to refuse to
recognize same-sex marriages performed in other
states. This law was passed by Congress in 1996
and signed by former President Bill Clinton.

* Obama is the most radical, pro-abortion
candidate in our nation’s history. Obama is so
pro-abortion that, as an Illinois state senator, he
refused to support legislation to provide health
care to babies who survived late-term abortions.
In a cold-blooded speech on the Illinois Senate
floor, Obama said that he did not want to
recognize as “persons” babies born fully outside
their mothers' wombs, even with their hearts
beating and lungs heaving. This is chilling.

* Obama is weak on national security. Obama
wants to go backwards, treat terrorist atrocities as
a crime and do nothing until after Americans are
killed. The Jihadists declared war on America in
the 1980’s and attacked us numerous times—
including the bombing of the World Trade Center,
first in 1993 and again in 2001. Obama wants to
hand the terrorists a victory and let them have an
oil-rich country from which to attack us at will.

* Obama ignores the facts that Congress
authorized President George W. Bush to go to
war in Iraq, and the surge pushed by McCain is
working. Obama refuses to acknowledge that the
Clinton Administration’s policy was regime
change in Iraq, and Bill Clinton and his advisers
said Saddam Hussein had WMDs. Bush took
the terrorists’ declaration of war seriously, fought
back, and we have had no more attacks on
America since September 11, 2001.

* Obama opposed the surge in Iraq which has
now proved highly successful—a fact that Barack
Obama ignores. He is unreasonably tied to a yearold
plan to rapidly withdraw all American troops
from Iraq—a plan offered when he wrongly
believed that the situation in Iraq would get worse
with American troops in that country.

* Obama has not visited Iraq since January 2006
and did not seek a meeting with our military
commander, Gen. David Petraeus, when he was in
Washington. Since Obama has no military service
experience, he does not understand veterans or
military issues. His foreign policy adviser,
Richard Danzig, said on national television that
the cartoon character “Winnie the Poo” is a good
source for foreign policy. This would shame us.

* Obama wants to raise taxes. Obama wants to
raise taxes even above the levels of the Clinton
era. Obama wants to tax poor people, dead people
and small business people. He wants to raise the
payroll tax that would hurt working people. He
wants to raise the death tax that would tax average
Americans twice--once while they are alive and
again after they die. He wants to raise the capital
gain tax that would make many small business
people go out of business. He wants to increase
domestic spending massively and create a costly
healthcare plan that would plunge our government
into an economically disastrous budget deficit.
This is change that we do not need.

* Obama wants to raise gas prices higher.
Obama said on CNBC that high gas prices were
“good,” and his only concern was that the increase
in price be a “gradual adjustment.” He does not
want to drill for oil in America. He does not
support the federal “gas tax holiday” that would
help poor people afford more gas. He is aligned
with the environmental extremists and is out of
touch with average Americans, since 73% of the
American people agree that, with appropriate
safeguards to protect the environment, we should
drill for oil off America's coasts to reduce our
dependence on foreign oil. Obama and other
Democrats in Congress are blocking drilling by
America while the Communist regimes of
China and Cuba collude to exploit the oil and
gas resources off our own Gulf Coast.

* In 2006 when the Democrats took over
Congress, they issued a press release which stated
that the Democrats had a “common sense plan to
reduce gas prices.” The report card is in, and the
record shows that by 2008, Americans have
suffered from record high gas prices, the highest
in the history of our country. A June 6, 2008
NBC/Wall Street Journal public opinion survey
revealed that the Democratic-controlled Congress
has a dismal 13% job approval rating, with 79%
of the American people expressing disapproval of
the miserable job that Democrats are doing
running the legislative branch of our government.

* Obama is a hypocrite. Obama calls for a
“new” kind of politics but his record is filled with
promises broken for political expediency. He
broke his promise on campaign funding. He said
he wants to speak directly to the American people,
then rebuffed McCain's bid for weekly townmeeting
debates. Obama also skipped the Detroit
Debate organized by the Congressional Black
Caucus, but castigated McCain for his decision to
skip the Morgan State Debate.

* Obama recently wrote a letter of support for
former Klansman Democrat Senator Robert Byrd
who helped the racist Democrats smear Dr. King
during the 1960’s. Yet McCain is assailed for not
voting to make the birthday of Dr. Martin Luther
King, Jr. a holiday, after McCain returned home
from being tortured as a prisoner of war and relied
on negative information Democrats put out about
Dr. King—a vote McCain now regrets. No
recognition is given to Republican President
Ronald Reagan who supported and signed the law
making Dr. King’s birthday a holiday, after
Democrat Presidents, including former President
Jimmy Carter, refused to support such a law.


McCain The Statesman

* McCain is a man
of courage and integrity. Senator John McCain is a
war hero who was tortured as a prisoner of war
while serving his country with honor and distinction.
He has championed campaign finance reform and
has a proven record of ensuring that legislators and
policy makers put the interests of the American
people above those of special interests. In spite of
efforts of his detractors to tarnish his image, McCain
remains a champion of the people, and his long voting
record demonstrates his sound judgment.

* Notably, in its final November 20, 1991 report,
the Senate Select Committee on Ethics completely
exonerated Senator McCain's conduct in the socalled
"Keating Five" investigation. The Ethics
Committee wrote: "Senator McCain has
violated no law of the United States or specific
Rule of the United States Senate; therefore, the
Committee concludes that no further action is
warranted with respect to Senator McCain on the
matters investigated during the preliminary
inquiry."

* McCain supports black political and
economic equality. McCain supports policies that
are better for urban communities because his
policies are based on helping the poor with a hand
up, not a hand out. His philosophy is founded on
the fact that if you give a man a fish, he will eat
for a day, but if you teach a man how to fish, he
will feed himself for a lifetime. In addition to the
$500 billion that is spent each year on poverty
programs, McCain wants to enact policies that
encourage personal responsibility and bring an
end to the failed socialist policies of the
Democrats which foster dependency on
government handouts and generational poverty.

* McCain supports school choice scholarships.
McCain supports quality education for blacks. He
sides with black parents who want school choice
scholarships, home schooling and charter schools.
He believes that competition is the key to success
in educating our children. He understands that if
educators concentrate on teaching well, the
passing of standardized tests will come naturally.
McCain believes that the tax payers’ money for
education belongs to the people, not the buildings
controlled by the teachers’ unions.

* McCain favors religious freedom in pubic
places. McCain voted yes to legislation that says
putting up religious symbols and praying on
public school campuses as part of a memorial
service does not violate the First Amendment to
the Constitution. The law also provides legal
assistance to any government entity defending
these religious freedoms. McCain supports
protecting the unborn and the Defense of
Marriage Act which helps preserve marriage as a
union between one man and one woman.

* McCain wants to lower taxes and gas prices.
McCain supports our free market economy based
on the principles of limited government and low
taxes for both families and small businesses.
These principles have led to America being the
most prosperous nation on earth. He advocates
promoting our nation’s economic prosperity
through sound economic policies and keeping gas
prices low. He supports the “gas tax holiday” and
offshore drilling while protecting our
environment. He supports constructing new
power generating facilities and developing new,
clean alternative energy sources like solar, wind
and clean coal, while expanding the use of nuclear
power.

* McCain supports a strong national defense.
McCain understands that the first obligation of
our president is the safety and security of this
nation and the men and women who defend it. He
has the military experience, judgment and
principled leadership to be our Commander in
Chief. McCain advocated the surge strategy in
Iraq that has been hugely successful. Violence is
down enormously, and the Iraqi parliament has
passed almost all of the "benchmark" legislation
demanded by the Democratic Congress. McCain
knows that we have enemies for whom no attack
is too cruel, even on innocent life. The Jihadists
would, if they could, strike us with the world’s
most terrible weapons. McCain is a proven leader
who has the character and judgment to president.
