The Fairness Doctrine

FCC Chairman Kevin Martin has sent a letter
to House Minority Leader John Boehner
expressing his strenuous opposition to the
reinstatement of the so-called Fairness Doctrine.
The Fairness Doctrine for you who don't know
what it is all about was first implemented in 1949.
It said that radio stations, and later TV stations as
well had to give equal time to opposing viewpoints
on controversial subjects. The FCC repealed the
Doctrine in 1987. This is when talk show hosts
like Rush Limbaugh came into peoples lives.

In his letter, Martin stated, “I have always been,
and remain strongly, opposed to the Fairness
Doctrine. I am on record as supporting legislation
that would have prohibited the FCC from reinstating
the Fairness Doctrine.” Martin referred to a letter
he sent to several members of Congress last year
that read in part, “I see no compelling reason to
reinstate the Fairness Doctrine in today’s broadcast
environment, and believe that such a step would
inhibit the robust discussion of issues of public
concern over the nation’s airwaves.”
Opponents of the Fairness Doctrine say that if it
were reinstated, stations that air conservative
viewpoints would have to give free air time to
liberals. As a result, many stations might choose
not to air the conservative talkers.

Problem here folks is that there has been growing
speculation on Capitol Hill that Democrats will seek
to reinstate the Fairness Doctrine under the guise
that conservative talk radio is disproportionately
dominating American radio. So in other words,
they (the democrats) want the people who are
standing up for America and the rights of the
people to know the truth about what is really
going on in this country, and continually provide
valuable information on the corruption that is a
foot in Washington silenced. The democrats do
NOT want you to know the truth, they want you
to only know what they tell you, say something
along the lines of what Hitler did to eliminate the
press and any freedoms of speech in Nazi Germany.
The people heard only what Hitler wanted them to
hear from his propaganda machine. Shall we call it
modern day Gestapo tactics, or is that label better
left for the I.R.S., or are they just all one in the same.

Martin also wrote that the FCC was considering
the use of local advisory boards to ensure that
broadcasters are fulfilling their obligation to serve
their local communities, but stressed that these
boards “would not regulate the content of the
broadcasters’ programming.” He concluded in
his letter to the Ohio Republican: “I appreciate
your interest in this matter and reiterate that I
share your concern that the Fairness Doctrine
not be reinstated.
One thing is clear: If the Democrats win theWhite
House, expect an all-out attack on talk radio.
Political talk, as we know it, could end. If they win,
Rush, Imus, Savage, Beck, and dozens of other
major hosts will be muzzled by using federal
regulations to control political talk. Leading liberals
in Congress, the Democratic presidential candidates,
and even some Republicans speak openly of their
plans to end conservative talk radio using federal
regulations. Their weapon: a revived Fairness
Doctrine, which would once again require stations
to air divergent points of view, a clever ruse that
makes station owners leery of airing controversial
talk-radio hosts fearing law suits and federal sanctions.
With a new Fairness Doctrine, you could see many top
conservative radio hosts canned.

People, we are guaranteed the right to free speech
in this country by the Constitution, and no liberal
hack has any business trying to take that away.
These politicians are picking and chipping away at
the Constitution everyday and trying to put you
in a socialistic environment where the government
controls your lives and your every movement.
Think about that today as you get up and leave
your own house, while driving your own car, and
going to your own job, wearing your own clothes,
and taking out your wallet to buy your own lunch
with your own money, or at least what is left after
you give the government close to 55% of what you
made last year, and then going home to your own
family, and watching your own TV and playing on
your own computer, or your own Xbox, or picking
a movie out of your own movie collection....do I
need to go on?? People are taking all these things
for granted, and there are those who believe that
the government would give them all these things
if they took over complete control, and took from
those who have worked to earn a life and gave to
those who have not. That's what the Germans
thought when they elected Hitler into power, and
once he had power, no one was safe, no one! I still
have nightmarish visions from documentrys I have
watched of people carrying a suitcase with
everything they owned onto boxcars to be trans-
ported to concentration camps to their ultimate
rewards of slave labor and death. Families never
to see each other again in this world, starved,
beaten, torchered, dismembered......murdered.

After 143 Days of Experience, Obama Wants To Be President

Barack Obama has had exactly 143 days of experience
in the U.S. Senate before setting his sights on becoming
President. He was sworn in as a senator on Jan. 4,
2005, and he announced that he was forming a
committee to look into running for president on Jan. 16,
2007. In that interval, the Senate was in session and
working for 143 days, the equivalent of less than 21
seven-day weeks. So, after 143 days of work
experience, that's just over 1/3 of a year, Obama in
his mind was ready to be the leader of the free world
like others before him such as Abraham Lincoln, FDR,
JFK and Ronald Reagan. My oh my, where do I sign
up to vote for this remarkable man of such great
experience!! What I find ironic is that the Clintons
never saw this coming. They never would have
believed for one second that this guy even had the
slightest chance of beating Hillary out of the election.
Just when they thought they were going to be back in
power, this guy steps up and it was all over!!
Ok, now,John McCain has had a total of 26 years in
Congress and 22 years of military service, at the very
least he has experience behind him. I may not see
McCain as the ideal candidate, but I can't even see
Obama being in charge of the local animal shelter. What
experience does this man actually have that would give
him the ability to run this country, and where is he going
to be when we are facing a full on attack by those are
seeking to destroy us at this very minute?? Why his
experience says that he should dis-arm us so that we
are sitting ducks and that we should talk to those who
want to destroy us and talk them out of wanting to
destroy us, because these are rational, understanding
people, and blah blah blah blah blah blah blah!!!!
In other words folks, bend over and kiss your butts
goodbye!

The Sound of Music

I went to a performance last night of The Sound of Music. It has been several years since I had last seen this production, and as I watched I realized how significant this performance was. I first saw the Sound of Music in a theater as a young boy, young enough that my parents had to explain to me what the Germans were doing and why these people had to leave their home and flee for their lives. It was at that time that playing war with my friends, or just playing war with my army men in the backyard gained a whole new light. I now despised the Germans and what they were and what they had stood for. I did like their helmets, but nothing else caught my eye. These were destructive self righteous people who were looking to exterminate everyone but themselves who they labeled as the "perfect race." As I sat and watched the production last night I wondered how many people sitting in the audience even remotely had a clue as to what was going on up there on stage. Even though this was only a play for the enjoyment of the crowd, not only was it a true story, but it was full of meaning and warnings to everyone watching that you are in as much danger now as those who were mascaraed by the Nazi regime. I here players on the stage comment that such a thing could never happen in their country, that the Nazis were willing to let Austria slide and not be harmed, that going along with the Nazis was the best thing they could do in order to protect themselves, all but Captain Von Trapp, who refused to become a part of a murderous machine that was there to eliminate and destroy everything in its path. He knew what these people were up to, and he was not going to become a part of it, he was willing to fight, to speak out against the Nazi's, to die for what he believed in if necessary. So, what about you??? Are you willing to just sit back and allow yourselves to become captive, and everything you have taken away from you, even murdered and destroyed? Are you willing to let the Nazi's of today take away your freedom, your family, life as you know it and order you to live under socialist law, or communist law, or worse not live at all, but be shot or hung. Are you ready to be overrun by those who seek to destroy you in the name of Allah? As I watched the players enter the stage wearing Nazi uniforms, and nasty, self righteous pompous attitudes, and then the Nazi flags that appeared from the ceiling, it made my skin crawl and the anger inside me started to surface. I must give the players of the performance an A+ for had they not been doing their job so well on stage, I would have left not hating their guts. I would recommend that you rent or buy the Sound of Music, Schindler's List, Cabaret and sit down in front of your TV and watch them and see if the presence of even as much as a Nazi flag doesn't send terror through your soul, and heighten your senses to what you could be facing. America is no longer safe, it is not safe from outside threats, nor is it safe from those who have snuck in and are waiting to pounce, or even the leaders with dreams of grandeur within. America, it is time to wake up and fight back. Time is of the essence, and it is quickly ticking away. We have taken America for granted and she has fallen to her knees. It is time we take her by the hand, lift her up and help her to stand tall against the political and judicial corruption, the lust for power and money, and against those who would plot to overtake her. America has always been the greatest place in the world, and I for one, do not want that to change.... how about you?????

I'm sorry I have not posted anything the past week, but
I have been working out of state and just have not had
the time to sit down and add anything here. I have a
short video I want to post here today that I have seen
many times, and it always generates the same emotions
everytime I see it. I watch it when I am feeling down or
depressed and finding the world is closing in on me, and
it helps to lift my awareness that I really don't have it all
that bad, and that I need to press forward and fight to do
those things I need to get done. Take the time to watch it
and remember it is here the next time you feel that your
life is so overwhelming and you need a little extra help to
get through your day. It is not political, it is not about petty
differneces, or the price of gasoline. It is about a father and
a son, and the fathers love and dedication to a young man
who if not for his fathers unconditional love, would not have

Poem: "First They Came....."

This is a poem that I remember reading in my
younger days, and it impacted me so much, that
I have always remembered it, and been mindfull
of its meaning. May this poem always remain in
the back of your mind, always remembering that
it can happen to you!


First they came…" is a poem attributed to Pastor
Martin Niemoller (1892–1984) about the inactivity
of German intellectuals following the Nazi rise to
power and the purging of their chosen targets,
group after group.

Today, as we roll into the month of July, I want to take this opportunity to say thank you to all those who are responsible for the liberties and freedoms we enjoy as American citizens. Many men and women have died in the fight against those who would take our freedoms away from us, and to those who have served, whether alive or dead, I want to say THANK YOU for your willingness to stand for what you knew to be right. It saddens me to think that many people who live in this century are either unaware, or completely blind to what they have living here in the United States of America. So many take it for granted, and they feel it is someone else's responsibility to maintain the rights and privileges we have here. Too many feel it is too much of an inconvenience to take a few minutes of their day to get out and vote, or to sit down and write a letter to their representatives to let them know how they feel about an issue. The rights and privileges we enjoy came at a high price, and as the saying goes, "Freedom isn't Free". I encourage each and everyone of you, to start getting involved with the everyday workings of this country. Stop being afraid of getting involved. Stop letting the politicians push you around. Stop letting them make laws that are not in our best interest because they only heard from a handful of people telling them not to. These politicians have now got you paying over 50% of the hard earned money you make into the government coffers. They waste, they misappropriate, the misuse, steal and otherwise manipulate the system to their benefit. There are those who are trying to make a difference, but there are more that are fighting against them. Stop electing people who are not doing their job, start recalling those who are in office and are not doing what they promised. Stop allowing these same people to pollute your minds against the good people who are fighting to keep you free. No one likes war, and I like you would be happy if it was non existent, but you and I both know that as long as there are those out there who are driven by power and greed, that war in an inevitable fact. God has told us in scripture, that wars will plague the world for all time. War is something we cannot stop, sadly, but it is also something we cannot hide from. Too many people live their lives with their heads buried in the sand, and as a result, those who are trying to do right are being persecuted, and we are losing our precious rights in this country daily. The Supreme Court just struck a major victory last week when they stood up for this countries second amendment rights to keep and bear arms, but you need to look at this a little closer, as it was a 5 to 4 vote, and had that one judge voted the opposite directions, the Constitution would have taken another giant hit. 4 of the 9 judges do not follow the laws of the Constitution, but rather make up their own. Our judges are corrupt, and few understand what the Constitution stands for and what it means. Most feel it is something to be trifled with, desecrated, changed to benefit the minority instead of upholding the rights of the majority. These people need to be removed from the bench, as they have no right serving in such a capacity if they cannot, and will not uphold those laws which our founding fathers put in place to protect us from just such a caliber of people. America is the greatest country in the entire world without question, and this is why so many people are trying desperately to get in, but we also can go from being the greatest to bottom of the pile if people do not start to stand up and be counted. My father was engaged in the Korean War, and I am proud of him for his service, I don't look down on him because he had to go to war, I respect, and admire him for his call to duty. Too many service men and women are looked upon with disgust and disregard by those who would just a soon sell this country up the river into socialism or worse. We need to take our country back a few decades where the pledge of allegiance was said every morning in school, and where prayer was an everyday occurrence. To those who have fought to take God and patriotism out of our lives, I say it is time you move on. Move on to somewhere like Russia, or China, or Iraq. Move on to where you have no freedoms, and where you would be much happier under government control. Stop inflicting our society with your negative and corrupting ways, and leave us in peace to worship God and to stand in patriotic support of America in her efforts to remain the greatest nation in the world. If you are going to a 4th of July parade this year, remember to stand and pay tribute to the flag as it passes you at the beginning of the parade and pay tribute to this great country and to all those valient men and women who have fought for her. Obama The Radical
*National Review:
"Obama has the most liberal voting record in the
US Senate." When we look beyond Senator Barack
Obama’s soaring rhetoric, we find an arrogant,
elitist millionaire whose voting record is even
more liberal than Senator Hillary Clinton.

* Obama’s radical associations reflect on his
character and judgment. Obama established a
20-year relationship with Rev. Jeremiah Wright
who damned his own country and declared that
innocent Americans deserved to be killed by
Jihadists on September 11, 2001. Obama has a
longtime association with Underground
Weatherman Bill Ayers, an unrepentant
domestic terrorist. Obama also kept a 20-year
relationship and made a shady real estate deal
with Tony Rezko who was convicted of fraud.

* Obama opposes school choice scholarships.
Obama puts the special interest of the teachers’
unions above the interest of poor black children
trapped in failing schools. He wants to deny black
parents school choice scholarships and calls
successful charter schools a mere “experiment”.

* Obama has done little to help blacks.
Obama claims to care about poor blacks, but he
has a dismal record. He promises to raise the
minimum wage, but he voted against the
minimum wage bill that was finally passed in
Congress. Obama was a “community organizer”
in Chicago. If his messianic message of “Hope”
and “Change” is so powerful, why are poor blacks
in Chicago still poor? Socialism does not work.

* Obama supports anti-God secularists.
Obama is aligned with left-wing secularists who
are suing the Boy Scouts because they have God
in their pledge and refuse to let homosexual men
be in charge of young boys. The secularists are
also stopping children from saying prayers in
school, preventing local governments from
displaying religious symbols and pushing samesex
marriage against the will of the people.
Obama opposes the Defense of Marriage Act, a
law that allows state governments to refuse to
recognize same-sex marriages performed in other
states. This law was passed by Congress in 1996
and signed by former President Bill Clinton.

* Obama is the most radical, pro-abortion
candidate in our nation’s history. Obama is so
pro-abortion that, as an Illinois state senator, he
refused to support legislation to provide health
care to babies who survived late-term abortions.
In a cold-blooded speech on the Illinois Senate
floor, Obama said that he did not want to
recognize as “persons” babies born fully outside
their mothers' wombs, even with their hearts
beating and lungs heaving. This is chilling.

* Obama is weak on national security. Obama
wants to go backwards, treat terrorist atrocities as
a crime and do nothing until after Americans are
killed. The Jihadists declared war on America in
the 1980’s and attacked us numerous times—
including the bombing of the World Trade Center,
first in 1993 and again in 2001. Obama wants to
hand the terrorists a victory and let them have an
oil-rich country from which to attack us at will.

* Obama ignores the facts that Congress
authorized President George W. Bush to go to
war in Iraq, and the surge pushed by McCain is
working. Obama refuses to acknowledge that the
Clinton Administration’s policy was regime
change in Iraq, and Bill Clinton and his advisers
said Saddam Hussein had WMDs. Bush took
the terrorists’ declaration of war seriously, fought
back, and we have had no more attacks on
America since September 11, 2001.

* Obama opposed the surge in Iraq which has
now proved highly successful—a fact that Barack
Obama ignores. He is unreasonably tied to a yearold
plan to rapidly withdraw all American troops
from Iraq—a plan offered when he wrongly
believed that the situation in Iraq would get worse
with American troops in that country.

* Obama has not visited Iraq since January 2006
and did not seek a meeting with our military
commander, Gen. David Petraeus, when he was in
Washington. Since Obama has no military service
experience, he does not understand veterans or
military issues. His foreign policy adviser,
Richard Danzig, said on national television that
the cartoon character “Winnie the Poo” is a good
source for foreign policy. This would shame us.

* Obama wants to raise taxes. Obama wants to
raise taxes even above the levels of the Clinton
era. Obama wants to tax poor people, dead people
and small business people. He wants to raise the
payroll tax that would hurt working people. He
wants to raise the death tax that would tax average
Americans twice--once while they are alive and
again after they die. He wants to raise the capital
gain tax that would make many small business
people go out of business. He wants to increase
domestic spending massively and create a costly
healthcare plan that would plunge our government
into an economically disastrous budget deficit.
This is change that we do not need.

* Obama wants to raise gas prices higher.
Obama said on CNBC that high gas prices were
“good,” and his only concern was that the increase
in price be a “gradual adjustment.” He does not
want to drill for oil in America. He does not
support the federal “gas tax holiday” that would
help poor people afford more gas. He is aligned
with the environmental extremists and is out of
touch with average Americans, since 73% of the
American people agree that, with appropriate
safeguards to protect the environment, we should
drill for oil off America's coasts to reduce our
dependence on foreign oil. Obama and other
Democrats in Congress are blocking drilling by
America while the Communist regimes of
China and Cuba collude to exploit the oil and
gas resources off our own Gulf Coast.

* In 2006 when the Democrats took over
Congress, they issued a press release which stated
that the Democrats had a “common sense plan to
reduce gas prices.” The report card is in, and the
record shows that by 2008, Americans have
suffered from record high gas prices, the highest
in the history of our country. A June 6, 2008
NBC/Wall Street Journal public opinion survey
revealed that the Democratic-controlled Congress
has a dismal 13% job approval rating, with 79%
of the American people expressing disapproval of
the miserable job that Democrats are doing
running the legislative branch of our government.

* Obama is a hypocrite. Obama calls for a
“new” kind of politics but his record is filled with
promises broken for political expediency. He
broke his promise on campaign funding. He said
he wants to speak directly to the American people,
then rebuffed McCain's bid for weekly townmeeting
debates. Obama also skipped the Detroit
Debate organized by the Congressional Black
Caucus, but castigated McCain for his decision to
skip the Morgan State Debate.

* Obama recently wrote a letter of support for
former Klansman Democrat Senator Robert Byrd
who helped the racist Democrats smear Dr. King
during the 1960’s. Yet McCain is assailed for not
voting to make the birthday of Dr. Martin Luther
King, Jr. a holiday, after McCain returned home
from being tortured as a prisoner of war and relied
on negative information Democrats put out about
Dr. King—a vote McCain now regrets. No
recognition is given to Republican President
Ronald Reagan who supported and signed the law
making Dr. King’s birthday a holiday, after
Democrat Presidents, including former President
Jimmy Carter, refused to support such a law.


McCain The Statesman

* McCain is a man
of courage and integrity. Senator John McCain is a
war hero who was tortured as a prisoner of war
while serving his country with honor and distinction.
He has championed campaign finance reform and
has a proven record of ensuring that legislators and
policy makers put the interests of the American
people above those of special interests. In spite of
efforts of his detractors to tarnish his image, McCain
remains a champion of the people, and his long voting
record demonstrates his sound judgment.

* Notably, in its final November 20, 1991 report,
the Senate Select Committee on Ethics completely
exonerated Senator McCain's conduct in the socalled
"Keating Five" investigation. The Ethics
Committee wrote: "Senator McCain has
violated no law of the United States or specific
Rule of the United States Senate; therefore, the
Committee concludes that no further action is
warranted with respect to Senator McCain on the
matters investigated during the preliminary
inquiry."

* McCain supports black political and
economic equality. McCain supports policies that
are better for urban communities because his
policies are based on helping the poor with a hand
up, not a hand out. His philosophy is founded on
the fact that if you give a man a fish, he will eat
for a day, but if you teach a man how to fish, he
will feed himself for a lifetime. In addition to the
$500 billion that is spent each year on poverty
programs, McCain wants to enact policies that
encourage personal responsibility and bring an
end to the failed socialist policies of the
Democrats which foster dependency on
government handouts and generational poverty.

* McCain supports school choice scholarships.
McCain supports quality education for blacks. He
sides with black parents who want school choice
scholarships, home schooling and charter schools.
He believes that competition is the key to success

The following information comes directly from a copy NBRA
Newsletter, (National Black Republican Association) sent to
me personally by Frances Rice, Chairman. This is an
outstanding newsletter, one that should be read by everyone.

In his "I Have a Dream" speech, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
said: "I have a dream that my four children will one day live
in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their
skin, but by the content of their character."
Character is defined as the essence of a person and determines
a person’s judgment, or what a person will do when no one is
looking. Dr. King’s admonishment is relevant during this 2008
election, and black Americans should evaluate the candidates
based on competence to be our Commander in Chief, not skin
color.

The Democratic Party Today
● Democrats are liberals who have been running black
communities for the past 40 years with socialist policies that
have turned black communities into economic and social
wastelands. Black Democrat Juan Williams exposed the
deplorable conditions in black communities in his book
"Enough: The Phony Leaders, Dead-end Movements and
Culture of Failure That Are Undermining Black America.”

● Democrats oppose programs that will help blacks get out
of poverty, such as the Faithbased Initiative that would put
church-based social programs on an equal footing with secular
groups when competing for federal grants. Democrats oppose
school choice scholarships that would help black children get
out of failing schools. Democrats oppose Social Security
reform even though blacks lose $10,000 in the current
system because blacks have a five-year shorter life
expectancy. Democrats favor same-sex marriage and
partial-birth abortion.

The Republican Party Today
● Since the War on Poverty of the 1960’s, over $7 trillion
has been spent on poverty programs. Under President
George W. Bush, record money has been spent on
education, job training and health care. Over $1.4 billion
has been spent for overall education - a record 137%
increase, and $13.1 billion was spent for the No Child Left
Behind Act. Bush has also spent $18.8 million for
Historically Black Colleges, $24 billion for small business
loans and grants, and $10 billion for Medicaid, the
state-federal health insurance for the poor. Since 2001,
access to free community health centers has been extended
to 2.2 million poor people. In May 2003, Bush provided $15
billion, three times more money than President Bill Clinton,
to fight AIDS in Africa and the Caribbean

● All Americans received tax cuts under Bush’s tax cut plan
108 million average families received $2,500. Over 3.8
million more poor people were freed from the tax rolls
entirely, and poor blacks received an additional gift of
$1,000 per child plus $1,658 per family under the Earned
Income Tax Credit program. “Tax cuts for the rich” is a
deceptive Democratic Party talking point.

● Bush has appointed more blacks to high level positions
than any president in our nation’s history, including:
Secretary of State, National Security Advisor, Director of
Personnel Management, Assistant Attorney General,
Chairman of the FCC, Director of HUD, Secretary of
Education, and Assistant Secretary of Education.
Republicans support merit-based Affirmative Action as
was started by President Richard Nixon in 1969, not the
Democrats’ unfair quota system of today.

● During Hurricane Katrina, the Democrats running New
Orleans and Louisiana failed blacks. Red Cross food was
refused by the Mayor, and over 1,000 buses were left in
parking lots and became ruined by the flood. The 1878
Posse Comitatus Act prevents a president from sending
federal troops to a state without the governor’s consent.
The Louisiana Governor denied Bush consent for days.
Democrats blocked Bush’s 2001 energy bill which had
$540 million for levee repairs.

● Republicans support school choice scholarships,
protecting the sanctity of life and preserving marriage
as a union between one man and one woman. Studies
show blacks think conservative, but vote liberal.

The Myth of Republican Racism

● Author Michael Scheuer revealed that the Democratic
Party is the party of the four S’s: Slavery, Secession,
Segregation and now Socialism. Democrats started the
Ku Klux Klan, passed the Jim Crow laws and fought very
piece of civil rights legislation from the 1860’s through
the 1960’s. For facts about racist Democrats, read
“A Short History of Reconstruction” by Dr. Eric Foner.

● From the founding of the Republican Party as the
anti-slavery in 1854 until today, the Republican Party
has championed freedom and equality for blacks.
Republicans amended the Constitution to grant blacks
freedom, citizenship and the right to vote. Republicans
started the NAACP and HBCU’s. Republicans pushed
to pass every piece of civil rights legislation from the
1860's to the 1960's, including the Civil Rights Act of
1866 and the Reconstruction Act of 1867 that were
overturned by Democrats with the 1894 Repeal Act
after they took over Congress in 1892.

● Republican Senator Everett Dirksen from Illinois,
not Democrat President Lyndon Johnson, pushed
through the civil rights laws of the 1960’s. Dirksen
was key to the passage of civil rights laws in 1957,
1960, 1964, 1965 and 1968. The chief opponents of
the 1964 Civil Rights Act were Democrat Senators
Sam Arvin, Albert Gore, Sr. and Robert Byrd, a
former member of the Ku Klux Klan who is still in
Congress. None of those racist Democrats became
Republicans.

● Contrary to claims by Democrats today, the racist
Democrats remained Democrats and declared they
would vote for a “yellow dog” before a Republican
because the Republican Party was the party for blacks.

● Democrat Public Safety Commissioner Eugene "Bull"
Connor in Birmingham let loose dogs and fire hoses on
blacks. South Carolina Democrat Governor Ernest
Hollings hoisted the Confederate Flag over that state’s
capitol. Democrat Georgia Governor Lester Maddox
waved ax handles to stop blacks from patronizing his
restaurant. In 1954, Democrat Arkansas Governor
Orville Faubus blocked desegregation of a Little Rock
public school. Democrat Alabama Governor George
Wallace stood in front of the Alabama schoolhouse
in 1963 and thundered, "Segregation now, segregation
tomorrow, segregation forever." None of these racist
Democrats became Republicans.

● Senator Barry Goldwater was a Libertarian, not a
racist. Goldwater was a member of the Arizona NAACP
and helped desegregate the Arizona National Guard.
He supported the Civil Rights Acts of 1957 and 1960.
He honestly believed that the more extensive 1964 Civil
Rights Act was an unconstitutionally grant of federal
government power over private citizens.

● President Richard Nixon’s 1970’s “Southern Strategy”
began a 30-year odyssey to get fair-minded people in the
South to stop voting for racist Democrats who were
discriminating against blacks. Georgia finally switched in
2004. Louisiana has begun switching by electing a man of
color, Republican Bobby Jindal, as governor in 2007.
Democrats were content when the racist South voted solidly
Democrat for 100 years, but now castigate Republicans
because some Southerners have gotten over their racial
animosity and joined Republicans in treating blacks fairly.

● Democrat Senator Christopher Dodd praised former
Klansman Senator Byrd as someone who would have been
"a great senator for any moment," including the Civil War.
Yet, Democrats denounced Senator Trent Lott for his
remarks about Senator Strom Thurmond. However,
Senator Thurmond was never in the Ku Klux Klan
and, after he became a Republican, defended blacks
against lynching and iscriminatory poll taxes imposed
on blacks by Democrats.

● Democrats do not mention that former Vice President
Al Gore first brought up the issue of Willie Horton against
Massachusetts Governor Michael Dukakis during the
1988 primary election. Notably, former Republican
G.H. W. Bush simply raised the Horton issue against
Dukakis during the general election.

Obama Wants To Disarm America

Well boys and girls, if this doesn't tell you that this guy has no clue, nothing he says or does will. I remember the old saying "never come to a gunfight armed with a knife" you won't win! So, we disarm, stop all efforts to keep our country and its inhabitants safe, tell the rest of the world that we are getting rid of our nuclear weapons and then what, stand back and wait for Obama to protect us with the water cannon he took from his kids?? Oh common, you have got to be kidding. I posted a quote a couple of days back, "It's only the warlike power of a civilized people that can give peace to the world" -- Theadore Roosevelt Our ability to crush anyone in the world who presented a threat to us is what made this country the superpower it once was, that is until the infamous Bill Clinton came along and pretty much disabled our military. Ever since, we have been considered to be less of a threat to the rest of the world, and then suddenly, we have passenger airliners crashing into buildings and killing thousands of people creating a war zone within the boundaries of our own country. Thousands died, and to this day it makes me sick to my stomach when I remember the images of the second airline crashing into the second tower, the explosion, the massive fireball, people falling and jumping from the buildings, and then the final climax, the buildings came crashing to the ground and more people on the ground died, including firefighters and police trying to do an impossible job of rescuing those trapped in a fiery prison. So in Obama's mind the best offense is a solid defense does not apply. In other words, we should throw down our arms and then put our hands in the air and yell "we surrender!" Is that what you are telling us you will do, comrade?? You disarm America, she can kiss her butt goodbye, what is going through this mans mind?? Again I tell you, it is Socialism and he will stop at nothing to see this goal achieved. Think about yourself living behind barbed wire wearing a gray and white stripped prison uniform....does that somehow appeal to you or anyone you know? It's only a matter of time, and maybe you won't see it in your lifetime, but your children and your grandchildren will. Would you intentionally inflict such horrors on your own family? I think people should take the time to watch Schindler's List, and take heed to the saying I have already posted here in posts past, history always repeats itself, and it can repeat itself anywhere in the world, not just in the place it happened the first time. This guy is a smooth talker, but other than the fact that he has the news media sniffing his leg like a dog looking for a place to do his business, this guy has nothing to offer that will ultimately do right for this country, and his plans to disarm her is, well, suicide!!

SOCIAL SECURITY, WHERE HAS IT GONE?

Franklin Delano. Roosevelt (Terms of Office March 4, 1933,
to April 12, 1945), a Democrat, introduced the Social Security
(FICA) Program.
He promised:
1.) That participation in the Program would be Completely
voluntary, (yeah like that wasn't one big lie!)
2.) That the participants would only have to pay 1% of the
first $1,400 of their annual Incomes into the Program,
3.) That the money the participants elected to put Into the
Program would be deductible from Their income for tax
purposes each year,
4.) That the money the participants put into the Independent
"Trust Fund" rather than into the General operating fund, and
therefore, would Only be used to fund the Social Security
Retirement Program, and no other Government program, and
5.) That the annuity payments to the retirees would never be
taxed as income. Since many of us have paid into FICA for years
and are now receiving a Social Security check every month -- and
then finding that we are getting taxed on 85% of the money we
paid to the Federal government to "Put Away" -- you may be
interested in the following:

Dwight David Eisenhower 34th. President, Republican,
Term Of Office: January 20, 1953 to January 20, 1961
Insert by Vincent Peter Render, If I recall correctly, 1958 is the
first year that Congress voted to remove funds from Social Security
and put it into the General Fund for Congress to spend. Also, if I
recall correctly, it was a democratically Controlled Congress. From
what I understand, Congress logic at that time was that there was
so much money in Social Security Fund that it would never run
out / be used up for the purpose it was intended / set aside for.

Term Of Office: November 22, 1963 to January 20, 1969
Question: Which Political Party took Social Security from the
Independent "Trust Fund" and put it into the General Fund

not, allot of democrats are awfully sure of what isn't so, but it's worth

One final note, my better half heard a couple of people talking the
other day who were not sure who they would vote for, but said that
if Obama gets elected, the country can have him removed from office.
Not that easy. If you think about it, there have been several
Presidents throughout history that have been impeached and none
of them ever left office. Nixion was the only president to leave and he
left by his own decision, he stepped down. Getting a Senator or
Congressman or even a governor removed is a far easier thing to do
than trying to remove a sitting president. Think about that before
you make any rash voting decisions.

Lawyers, Lawyers, Lawyers

The Democrat Party has become the Lawyers' Party. Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton are lawyers. Bill Clinton and Michelle Obama are lawyers. John Edwards, the other former Democrat candidate for president, is a lawyer, and so is his wife, Elizabeth. Every Democrat nominee since 1984 went to law school (although Gore did not graduate). Every Democrat vice presidential nominee since 1976, except for Lloyd Bentsen, went to law school. Look at the Democrat Party in Congress: the Majority Leader in each house is a lawyer.
The Republican Party is different. President Bush and Vice President Cheney were not lawyers, but businessmen. The leaders of the Republican Revolution were not lawyers. Newt Gingrich was a history professor; Tom Delay was an exterminator; and, Dick Armey was an economist. House Minority Leader Boehner was a plastic manufacturer, not a lawyer. The former Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist is a heart surgeon. Who was the last Republican president who was a lawyer? Gerald Ford, who left office 31 years ago and who barely won the Republican nomination as a sitting president, running against Ronald Reagan in 1976. The Republican Party is made up of real people doing real work. The Democrat Party is made up of lawyers. Democrats mock and scorn men who create wealth, like Bush and Cheney, or who heal the sick, like Frist, or who immerse themselves in history, like Gingrich. The Lawyers' Party sees these sorts of people, who provide goods and services that people want, as the enemies of America . And, so we have seen the procession of official enemies, in the eyes of the Lawyers' Party, grow. Against whom do Hillary and Obama rail? Pharmaceutical companies, oil companies, hospitals, manufacturers, fast food restaurant chains, large retail businesses, bankers, and anyone producing anything of value in our nation. This is the natural consequence of viewing everything through the eyes of lawyers. Lawyers solve problems by successfully representing their clients, in this case the American people. Lawyers seek to have new laws passed, they seek to win lawsuits, they press appellate courts to overturn precedent, and lawyers always parse language to favor their side. Confined to the narrow practice of law, that is fine. But it is an awful way to govern a great nation. When politicians as lawyers begin to view some Americans as clients and other Americans as opposing parties, then the role of the legal system in our life becomes all-consuming. Some Americans become 'adverse parties' of our very government. We are not all litigants in some vast social class-action suit. We are citizens of a republic that promises us a great deal of freedom from laws, from courts, and from lawyers. Today, we are drowning in laws; we are contorted by judicial decisions; we are driven to distraction by omnipresent lawyers in all parts of our once private lives. America has a place for laws and lawyers, but that place is modest and reasonable, not vast and unchecked. When the most important decision for our next president is whom he will appoint to the Supreme Court, the role of lawyers and the law in America is too big. When House Democrats sue America in order to hamstring our efforts to learn what our enemies are planning to do to us, then the role of litigation in America has become crushing. We cannot expect the Lawyers' Party to provide real change, real reform, or real hope in America . Most Americans know that a republic in which every major government action must be blessed by nine unelected judges is not what Washington intended in 1789. Most Americans grasp that we cannot fight a war when ACLU lawsuits snap at the heels of our defenders. Most Americans intuit that more lawyers and judges will not restore declining moral values or spark the spirit of enterprise in our economy. Perhaps Americans will understand that change cannot be brought to our nation by those lawyers who already largely dictate American society and business. Perhaps Americans will see that hope does not come from the mouths of lawyers but from personal dreams nourished by hard work. Perhaps Americans will embrace the truth that more lawyers with more power will only make our problems worse.

Perhaps, it's time to realize, as the joke says: What is it called when you have 100 lawyers on the bottom of the ocean: A good start!!

Obama Says Republicans Will Use Race to Create Fear in Voters

Well, here it is folks. Obama has already drug the race card out and placed it into the presidential campaign. Here's what he said today: "It's going to be very difficult for Republicans to run on their stewardship of the economy or their outstanding foreign policy. We know what kind of campaign they are going to run. They're going to try to make you afraid. They're going to try and make you afraid of me. He's young inexperienced and he's got a funny name. And did I mention that he is black?"
Oh brother!! Well Barak, I have news for you. Up until today it didn't matter that you were black, what mattered was your father was a friggen communist, you and your wife are friggen socialists who hate America, wanting nothing more than getting control for the sole purpose of getting even. You have today proven to me that you are no better than any other person who sits around whining and blaming everyone other than themselves for their problems, and then if circumstances allow, throwing in the race card at any given opportunity to benefit their own agenda. There is nothing that ticks me off more than to hear a black person who has got themselves into a tough spot start yelling that what is being done to them is strictly based on the fact that they are black. So today you have used the "Oh, I'm black, and your picken on me" line, and you have changed my views on you big time, and I would bet ALLOT of other peoples views in the country were changed as well. Frankly sir, I doubt that any of my black friends would feel any different about you than I do at this point in time. But they have class and integrity, a sense of responsibility and anyone of them could run circles around you, and I would vote for anyone of them in a heartbeat, buy you have no chance of that ever happening. You have no business running for the office of President of the United States, because you do not have the class, attitude respect or integrity that a presidential candidate should have. All you have is the race card that you can play whenever you want, and in my book, that won't get it done! Oh and by the way, if you are looking for a real racist, have your wife stand next to you and both of you look in the mirror together, and get a clue!!

Thought for the day: The problem is that most Americans do not believe in evil. They don't properly anticipate horrible, catastrophic events because they really don't believe in the presence of evil, the presence of a dark, wicked and nefarious spiritual dimension that drives some men to do the unthinkable. I believe that there are those out there who are capable of and prone to acts of unspeakable evil, although most don't, but all you need do is think back to 9-11 and you will have the right answer.

I sent my letter to the President today in regards to
skyrocketing oil prices and problems, I will also be sending
a letter to the Democratic Policy Committe this afternoon.
We need to fight these clowns before it's too late! The facts
and figures show that when the Democrats took control and
Nancy Pelosi took charge, gasoline prices were at $2.39 and
they yapped about how they would bring prices down. It is
now mid year 2008 and the national average for regular gas
is $4.07, unless you live in California and the price is at least
another $.20 higher. Yep, the democrats did a great job in
fixing high gas prices, and if something isn't done, NOW, you
will not only be headed for $5.00 a gallon gas, but your will
also see your natural gas heating bills double for the coming
winter. Don't just sit there, write to these clowns and demand
that they get this problem fixed. The president can fix this,
he can write and executive order and step over the democrats
and all there crap and get us drilling offshore and in the ANWR!
We can win this war, but it will take all of us to do it! Put the
pressure on, and keep it on!!!

So, Is Michelle Obama a Racist???

A friend of mine sent me this today and I felt it was something that needed to be posted for all to read. It will tell you exactly what Michelle Obama is all about and what her agenda is for anyone who is not of the same color as she is........move over Rev. Jessie Jackson!

According to <http://snopes.com/> Snopes.com, Princeton was requested to put a 'restriction' on distribution of any copies of the thesis of Michelle Obama (a/k/a/ Michelle laVaughn Robinson) saying it could not be made available until November 5, 2008 but when it was published on a political website they decided they would lift the restriction. Subj: Thesis - Michele Obama aka Michelle LaVaughn RobinsonOBAMA'S MILITANT RACISM REVEALED In her senior thesis at Princeton, Michele Obama, the wife of Barack Obama stated that America was a nation founded on "crime and hatred'. Moreover, she stated that whites in America were 'ineradicably racist'. The 1985 thesis, titled 'Princeton-Educated Blacks and the Black Community' was written under her maiden name, Michelle LaVaughn Robinson. Michelle Obama stated in her thesis that to 'Whites at Princeton, it often seems as if, to them, she will always be Black first...' However, it was reported by a fellow black classmate, 'If those 'Whites at Princeton' really saw Michelle as one who always would 'be Black first,' it seems that she gave them that impression'. Most alarming is Michele Obama's use of the terms 'separationist' and'integrationist' when describing the views of black people. Mrs. Obama clearly identifies herself with a 'separationist' view of race. 'By actually working with the Black lower class or within their communities as a result of their ideologies, a separationist may better understand the desperation of their situation and feel more hopeless about a resolution as opposed to an integrationist who is ignorant to their plight.' Obama writes that the path she chose by attending Princeton would likely lead to her 'further integration and/or assimilation into a white cultural and social structure that will only allow me to remain o n the periphery of society; never becoming a full participant.' Michele Obama clearly has a chip on her shoulder. Not only does she see separate black and white societies in America, but she elevates black over white in her world. Here is another passage that is uncomfortable and ominous in meaning: 'There was no doubt in my mind that as a member of the black community, I am obligated to this community and will utilize all of my present and future resources to benefit the black community first and foremost.' What is Michelle Obama planning to do with her future resources if she's first lady that will elevate black over white in America? The following passage appears to be a call to arms for affirmative action policies that could be the hallmark of an Obama administration. 'Predominately white universities like Princeton are socially and academically designed to cater to the needs of the white students comprising the bulk of their enrollments.'
The conclusion of her thesis is alarming. Michelle Obama's poll of black alumni concludes that other black students at Princeton do not share her obsession with blackness. But rather than celebrate, she is horrified that black alumni identify with our common American culture more than they value the color of their skin. 'I hoped that these findings would help me conclude that despite the high degree of identification with whites as a result of the educational and occupational path that black Princeton alumni follow, the alumni would still maintain a certain level of identification with the black community. However, these findings do not support this possibility.' Is it no wonder that most black alumni ignored her racist questionnaire? Only 89 students responded out of 400 who were asked for input. Michelle Obama does not look into a crowd of Obama supporters and see Americans. She sees black people and white people eternally conflicted with one another. The thesis provides a trove of Mrs. Obama's thoughts and world view seen through a race-based prism. This is a very divisive view for a potential first lady that would do untold damage to race relations in this country in a Barack Obama administration. Michelle Obama's intellectually refined racism should give all Americans pause for deep concern, sure sounds like someone with an axe to grind with America. Will the press let Michelle get a free pass over her obviously racist comment about American whites? I am sure that it will.

One more little fact for you before I sign off, did you know that in Africa right now that over 30,000 people are dying every day? EVERY DAY!! Now I don't know about you, but if I was black and living in this country, I would be down on my knees thanking the good lord for the stupidity of the people who brought their ancestors to this country back so many years ago. For their ancestors, life was tough and cruel in some cases, but for those who have reaped the benefits of them being brought to this country, they should be mighty darn grateful!!
